Everything went great, Mike had given me an estimate prior to me purchasing my house. Since it was during the freezing weather and I had leaks Mike added some damming to help me get through the winter. As soon as the sun returned Mike and team started on the work. They removed 3 skylights and replaced with new units that I picked out. They found the chimney cap to be a large portion of my leak issues so they cut the old setup off and installed a new cap system. The roof has some rotten sections which they replaced and then rolled out new covering. Everything turned out great, no more leaks as well.

It went extremely well. They crew was very professional on time both with start and finish date. Cleaned up every day after work. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After 28 years the roofs on our house and separate 3 car pole barn needed to be repaired and reshingled. We also wanted to raise the height of our chimney. Mr. Maresca thoroughly inspected our roofs and provided us with detailed proposal. Mr. Maresca' and his crew began work on the date agreed to. They were professional at all times. The job was completed on schedule and looks fantastic. Mr. Maresca personally supervised the placement of the dumpster so as to avoid damaging our driveway and lawn. There was ABSOLUTELY NO construction debris when the job was completed. Since the job was completed our roofs have been subjected to Superstorm Sandy and 'Noreaster Athena. Nary a leak or loose shingle. In addition, we had just gotten a puppy, who was quite adept at escaping from the fenced in yard. The crew caught her on more than one occasion and returned her to her containment area. That's pretty much beyond the call of duty. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of the job and highly recommend Maresca Exteriors.
