I had a leaking vent pipe and Tom responded the next day, and they were able to get the repair complete prior to the next rain storm. I received before and after photos of the work done. This is a very professional outfit. Highly Recommended.

Replace and install an asphalt shingle roof. // Lyndsey Roofing LLC cut our vinyl siding for the roof to wall transition and left a large *black* border around the roof area. This **black** border looks terrible and is an eyesore to us. Our neighbors have a new roof replacement done with another GAF Elite Master contractor and we saw their roof did not have any **black** border for the roof to wall transition exposing the unsightly flashing. Lyndsey Roofing did not prepare the site correctly (used a torn tarp and was not anchored). The roofing debris fell through tarp torn opening and damaged the landscaping. We found over 300 nails on our lawn and landscaping because they did a poor cleanup job. We noticed they installed regular shingles on our back roof corner area before Starter Strip shingles. They did not follow GAF guidelines for layering down shingles row by row and used staples without a plastic cap when installing the DeckArmor barrier. The company did a poor job for us and we do not recommend them.

First of all, Bill is a people person. He genuinely cares about doing the best job for his customers. He's a nice guy who is easy to talk to. He explains everything, gives an estimate based on the maximum amount of work that might be needed, asks a fair amount for work done. He responds promptly to questions and comes frequently to check on the progress of the work. His crew is very efficient and well organized. In addition to redoing the roof, they installed a new skylight and bathroom fan vent. They did the job in two days and cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left. Bill also coordinates other aspects of the job, like bringing in a gutter company to install new gutters and recommending a carpenter for some interior finish work that is needed. He even suggested a landscaper I might consider. I would definitely recommend his company for any roofing work.

Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. Part of my enclosed porch (leaked for years) actually fell in when they started to work on it. They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed. The crew working on my project were very professional, safety rules followed and hard workers. I got several estimates before choosing Bill and his was higher then the rest but I also had confidence that he was going to make sure it was done correctly. I would recommend Bill & Lyndsey Roofing to anyone but especially if you have an older home, they know how to deal with them.

Bill and his crew are some of the most detail oriented people I have ever dealt with. From the consult to the estimate to the execution, they were courteous, professional, and respectful. Right down to placing the dumpster where i wanted and how they delivered the materials They removed and replaced the whole roof down to the rafters, replaced the insulation and added ventilation. I was fortunate enough to be home and watch and take plenty of photos. His crew takes great pride in their jobs and it shows in the finished product. Bill and his company exceeded my expectations. The owner explained all that needed to be done clearly both before giving a quote and during the project. His crew was courteous, hard-working, and knowledgeable. When the garage roof was discovered to have structural damage, they rebuilt it with speed and impressive craftsmanship. Both house and garage roofs were completed in difficult weather conditions while maintaining quality. The cleanup was excellent.
