Description of Work: What they ended up doing is replacing a some sort valve in the toilet that was worn out and the flapper they replace both. What they had to was for a diagnose what was going on cause it was a combination of the toilet losing water and periodically humming of my pipes but it was like unpredictable one was gonna happen unfortunately they came in a good time we could catch it in the end and they went out and got the part came back took care of it and it's been fine since they did a great job with that, they knew what they were doing.

+ -1 moreThey do a good job, the tech was good. I would use them again. They are responsive. I've always thought the price for plumbers is to high. They don't come off as polished professionals but they behave themselves and get the job done.

+ -1 moreThey always get the job done right and work is good. I guess what I don' like about pricing is they tend include so much travel time which sometimes seems expensive and the guy doing work writes it all up in hand after just done and we get charge during the billing, it gets 20 minutes writing the billing, and we pay 20$ for the invoice writer, I did not have any problems with the quality of the work at all.
Description of Work: I've been using Lumbert Plumbing & Heating.

+ -1 moreJob went better than I expected. The repairman had a tough time getting the rod out but finally did it. He was very friendly and left the job site clean. When talking to his boss, I found that he was very helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done.
