Second time using KD Locksmiths. Always professional & efficient, though cost quite a bit more than the last time we got the same service a few years back. Even so, would use them again but ask for quote in advance.

Dooley was fantastic! He came up with some creative solutions to our door problems and saved us money.

We called and scheduled a time two days later (the job wasn't a rush). He actually came the next day, since he was in the neighborhood -- gave us a call to check that we were home before he stopped over. He was able to get the door open with a little work and had the part in his truck to fix the door right away. The price was reasonable and we were very happy with his work.

On time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Answered all questions and explained everything that needed to be done. Ask me to check each lock and key, and waited while I checked out all of it.

he fixed the lock within a short time BUT needed to order a part (that was not needed for operational use), would not bill me until the total job was completed and lost my phone number. It was through the Angie's List perseverance > we finally completed the "project" and paid the bill (saving us a bunch of money needed to replace an older door lock for an older Dutch door).

Showed up on time, very pleasant and professional, finished the work efficiently. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Kevin arrived an hour earlier than he estimated was very professional, polite and personable. He proceeded to change the locks we needed and provided us with extra keys. He also obtained the combination for a safe and the change key so the combination can be changed. This took a week or so and multiple phone calls. Throughout the process he was always patient and courteous. He even kept his shop open past closing so I could pick up the key. His services were very reasonably priced. I recommended him to my daughter and son-in law who just purchased a new house. They also were very pleased with his service. I will definitely use him again when needed and will highly recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Very good experience. I called KD Locksmith on a Monday regarding replacing a lock for a sliding glass door. He requested a cell phone picture to ensure that they would get the correct lock. Trading emails and a call, by that Friday Dooley called when he received the lock and came to the house within 1/2 hour and replaced the lock and made a copy of another key. Full service truck. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future.

Very glad that I found KD Locksmith on Angie's List. Very responsive, pleasant, honest, and knowledgeable. Dooley showed up right when he said he would and all work was expertly done. There is no "hard sell" as he didn't try to sell me any expensive replacement parts that I didn't need. My project turned out to be a bit tricky, but Dooley handled it with ease. He really knows his stuff, is a nice guy to deal with, and very honest. What more can you ask for? Don't hesitate to call KD if you have an issue that requires a locksmith. Glad that I found this company!

I called around 11:00 in the morning and told the locksmith what the problem was and what my concerns were. He happened to be on another job nearby and he said he could come over after he finished. He was here within an hour and quickly got the deadbolt off the door. He repaired it and returned it to the door. He also lubricated the other lock on the door and was finished within an hour. He was very polite and efficient and the price was very reasonable. I will call him should I need a locksmith again.

I sent an email with my desired work . They replied promptly. The work was scheduled. They came and picked up the old key (for the new lock) and old Yale lock needing repair. They then did the desired work and delivered everything back to me.

My lock got fixed, my keys worked perfectly and the lock smith was friendly & professional. These are the guys to call.

I was in a hurry when I left for work and forgot to take my keys. I then realized when I got back home that evening that I was locked out! I called KD Locksmith. They can right away in the same truck that is pictured in their ad which immediately made me feel safe. The locksmith was friendly and professional and got me back in to my home quickly. As I thought my keys were right there on the kitchen table where I left them and all ended well. I would highly recommend these guys for their great service at a very fair price!
