He was little bit late, but picked up my phone call and said that he would be here as soon as possible. Very prompt and professional. He came in with the equipment already ready to be installed into the kitchen. He started working right away, and took out the old insinkerator in my kitchen first, then proceeded to install the new insinkerator. He checked his work as he did it, and made sure that it was working before he left. Definitely on the pricey side, but a good plumber is worth his wages. I would use him again for sure.

Superb. i called him to fix a clogged basement drain that i had previously been unable to clear. He came the day i called him and promptly cleared the blockage. I would definately call him for other plumbing needs.

He was professional and he did his job very well, very professional. The distance was a little far, he had to travel at least one hour, that was a little far. He came on time. Either the distance is a low or up side it was okay. He got the job done. I was satisfied with his work. He did a very good job. He was good. I will probably find somebody else in the future, someone closer to my house who can also probably give me a lower price. I don't think this guy can give me a lower price because it will take him an hour to go here and to go back.

I thought he is pretty good. He is a little pricey. It wound up costing probably quite a lot more than the estimate. I had pretty good experience with him. He does very good work. He checks what he is doing. He is a very reasonable guy. He is on time and punctual. He was open about what it costs for an hour. He was very professional and explained everything. He does good quality work.

Brian rescued us twice in one week. We had two water leaks because of bad work of our previous contractor. He came the same day and fixed the leaks. Thank you, Brian.

Brian from ISE was able to come out the day after I called, which was really important to me as I could not use my kitchen sink (a pipe was leaking into the basement). He arrived promptly, and spent a good amount of time just looking at the set up and understanding how all the pipes were run. He then was able to quickly locate the leak. He was even able to figure out a way to fix it without cutting into the floor (the leak was between the basement ceiling/kitchen floor). He cleaned up after himself and left everything better than how he found it. My husband and I were very pleased and will use him again if we have future plumbing needs.

To make a long story short we had a very mysterious problem with our heating and water system that three other plumbers/hvac were unable to resolve fully, only superficially. Brian got to the bottom of the problem and also explained his findings in a clear and helpful way. Although we have some repairs left to do, with the help of Brian we have established a plan, and after this we definitely trust him above the three other technicians and we will be working with him again. He is also a very pleasant guy. Plumbing and heating services always seem to be pricey, but at least this brought some type of progress.

Brian is very professional. He saw the problem immediately and had the replacement faucet in his truck. By having the part, he was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. I would definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs, and would recommend him to my friends. I thought his price was fair plus I had a $20 off coupon.

Called Brian around 10 am. He said he could come take a look around noon. He arrived at 11:30. I had shut off the feed to stop the water flow before he arrived. We turned it back on, and Brian made a guess at the likely area of the leak and broke into the ceiling. He was correct the first time, missing get the exact spot by only a foot or so. At first the cause was a mystery but Brian realized quickly that the plastic feed line had been gnawed through by a mouse. (Use copper, country dwellers!) Brian left for a half hour to get parts and had the whole job complete within 2 hours of arriving, including fixing a sink stopper that he noticed wasn't working properly while he made his initial inspection. Brian's a very personable, down-to-earth guy with a calm personality. He showed up sooner than estimated and did a great job at a fair price. Will definitely use Brian in the future.

I called ISE Plumbing on Saturday, March 15th after my attempt to repair my shower diverter failed. I could not unscrew the stem. The conversation with Mr. Santora was pleasant. We set an appointment date for Tuesday, March 18th at 8:30 AM. On that date, at 9:15AM, I still had not heard from Mr. Santora so I called him. There was no answer so I left a message. Five minutes later, Mr. Santora call to tell me he was arriving. He did not explain or apologize for his tardiness. He inspected my shower/water problem and explained to me my options. He proceeded to remove the diverter, inspect it and replace it with a diverter he had. He then removed the frozen stem and replaced the hub. He reassembled everything and the problem still existed, hot water exited the tub faucet while the shower was running. He recommended that I replace the shower stem, handle and tub faucet, but that would require cutting and removing the existing copper connections, and welding new connections. He also had to cut sheetrock to get to the pipes. Mr. Santora placed drop cloths in the tub and carpet (where he was to cut the sheet rock). Four hours later he was done. He did a great job. The shower knob is now a L-shaped handle, not like the original ball-shaped handle, which is better for my wife, whose hands are arthritic. Mr. Santora did not clean up where he cut the sheet rock even though he asked for a vacuum. PROS: I liked Mr. Santora because he does not talk much. I've had Angie's List providers who spend 2 hours talking before starting the job. Mr. Santora's conversation was limited to the task at hand. He seems knowledgeable of his trade. CONS: What I am vexed at is the cost of the job. According to the invoice, I was charged $45 for parts (that's fair), and $900 for labor. For four hours of work, that's $225 per hour. I find that quite expensive considering my attorney charges me $200/hour and my therapist charges me $100/hour. Both have doctorate degrees. Perhaps I am being unfair and if I am, I would love for someone to justify that charge for me. (Twitter @joechenzen) OVERALL: I was satisfied with the work ISE Plumbing performed, but at $225/hour, I cannot recommend or use him again.

On 3/7, we called Brian Santora to explain that we needed our water meter moved, have new piping attached and a new cut-off valve. He made an appointment for 3/8; he came and viewed the meter, piping, etc. We had a built-in bar that had to be removed before any of the work could be performed. He came back on 3/11 and removed the bar, which included a built-in sink. He capped the remaining pipe and sewer outlets and left the basement spotless in the area he worked. He told us he would return on 3/14 to jackhammer the tile and cement floor; lift up the water meter; do a new copper pipe connection and shut-off value as he had to get the permits for do the remaining work. He arrived on 3/14 at 10 am as promised and by 3:30 pm, the entire job was completed! Brian did an amazing job on removing the tile floor where the pipes & meter were located without breaking the rest of the tile floor. The meter, copper piping and new lever were installed above the floor near the wall. Brian is totally professional, courteous and certainly knows about plumbing. We decided to retain him as our plumber for our furnace maintenance and for any future situations that may arise. He was extremely accurate on the price he estimated. We had four other estimates which were approximately $1400; however, we would have had to have someone else remove the built-in bar as none of the other companies offered to do it. Brian left our woodpaneling intact without any damage done due to the removal. We could not believe that everything he said he would do he did and with such care to our finished basement. We are going to recommend ISE Plumbing & Heating to anyone who inquiries if we "know a good plumber". We could not have asked for a better experience!!!!

He is good. He's my regular plumber. He does excellent work. He always does it right the first time.

When I called Brian Santora, he was on another job and said he would be here in about two hours. When he showed up, he was polite and professional. He found out why my pipe froze and fixed the problem. My house has a "weird" pipe layout, so he took the time to find the source of the pipe so it wouldn't happen again. He explained everything he was doing step by step. Brian even gave me the Angies List coupon discount even though I didn't print it out. I was so pleased with Brian, that I told him I would make an future appointment to re-route the pipe he capped today to the outside, and to fix a minor problem in my guest shower. Thank you again.

Brian did an amazing job. Our hot water heater stopped working, I called him and he said he could come by the next day to help with the replacement. He confirmed the size and dimensions of our space so he could purchase the tank and bring it over, saving everyone the hassle of 2 service visits. He spent the afternoon carefully fixing everything and cleaning up afterwards. He also explained all the work to us in detail. We are so impressed by his expertise and professionalism, highly recommend!

After I called I.S.E. to remind them that they were due two hours before, all went well. The faucet was installed with input requested by the plumber provided as to our preferences; the shower problem was analyzed and options for a fix provided. This included visiting the boiler to check the heat of the water being provided to the shower. We are happy with the results and would use I.S.E. again.

When I tried and failed to replace the flushing mechanism for my toilet, I needed a plumber today! Angie's List helped connect me with I.S.E. Contracting. I was thrilled when Brian Santora said he could come that day! He arrived at our scheduled time, and went right to work. He also fixed the bathroom hot water faucet which was steadily dripping. Brian was neat, efficient, and thorough. When I showed him the $20 off certificate offered by his company, not only did Brian reduce the cost but he took the time to recalculate the tax! That professionalism impressed me a great deal! Both the toilet and sink continue to work as they should. I would definitely call Brain Santora, I.S.E. Contracting again for any plumbing requirement.

.He is prompt, he is knowledgeable, he gives us options, when he fixes things, they tend to remain fixed. Brian is responsive, he shows up during emergencies, sometimes at night, sometimes at odd times when we had the hope that nobody would come. We have the confidence in him, Brian knows his stuff well. He is not the cheapest or the most expensive, he is fair.

I called on the morning of the service. Brian was very pleasant and accomodating. He was able to come that very same day and arrived within the time frame he stated, despite the increment weather. I was so pleased when he began to explain to me in details the problem and what he had to do to fix it, that eased my stress. Brian was thorough and efficient and completed the job in no time! Don't want any more plumbing problems, but if it happens, I will definitely be calling him again. His number is in my phone, business card on the refridge & company's name has been added to my favorites!
