+ -1 moreWe had a problem so we switched the refrigerator. We've probably buying carpets from them for 8 years. I'd say they were very competitive with pricing and very good with installation.

+ -1 moreThey wouldn't deliver because they had to go up three steps, so we refused it. I've stopped using Home Depot. I smell the smoke and they put the refrigerator in the living room.

Description of Work: new roof installed.work was done in one day.7 months later still finding roof nails around my house. there are gaps at the ends of my gutter helmet not there before. birds now living in gutters.

+ -1 moreWhat I like the most was that they did not want to move our piano because of tuning issues. They did however recommend a piano shop that had experienced movers. I liked that because it showed that if they could not do the job for you, then they would do one better and make sure they got you the guy that could do the job. They did move other furniture out of the way for us to install the carpet. Also the two men that came out were so nice and so courteous. I was just very pleased with the whole experience.
Description of Work: They removed and replaced all of the carpeting in our family room that is about 80 square feet.
