when they said they would arrive, they did. they completed the work per the contract and the patio looks great. i had another quote for 500 more and then he called back and it was 1000 more than greenstone.

It has been about a month and a half since I contacted the contractor and explained his concrete work is cracking and he needed to finish his clean up. Now he refused to contact me to handle these issues which is now my problem. I will have to hire another contractor to finish his work. I will not hire this company again and definitely would not recommend.

Greenstone Waterproofing relaid our flagstones after replacing the rotting railroad ties on which they were resting with concrete blocks. The steps are now flat, stable, and in a straight row. They Reset the stones so that the final step to the porch is now 6" instead of the original 11". Their bid was submitted quickly, and they responded promptly to all of my communications. Great job!

They showed up on time and compleated project on time. We had water coming into our basement. The problem appeared to be the patio drainage. They repaired cracks and used mortar to seal rack between the foundation and the patio. No more water! Nice job.

Excellent repair job and super responsive. Contacted me immediately and made arrangements to do the repair within 2 days. Neat and professional. Juan is polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again when in need.

Repaire entire wall- looks like new. Put molding in LR and adjoining hallway and made several smaller repairs to damaged walls. Sent message on Wednesday- made appointment on line, Juan called Friday morning to notify on his way (as scheduled). Estimate was provided Friday evening- work began Wednesday and finished Thursday of the following week. Can't as for better! Estimate was on target.

The drywall repair was excellent. Taping and compound application resulted in a surface that appears seamless. Even at a glancing angle, I cannot detect the area repaired from the rest of the ceiling. Thoroughly cleaned the work area at the end of the day.

They did a great job for less money that I was expecting to have to pay.

This sp did not do a great job, he changed his estimate in the middle of the job. He measure wrong. I felt very stuck as he came up with issues after the job started. I would not recommend this contractor. He did not give me a correct receipt. Looks decent but is not done correctly ,
