HAD TO MEET THIS KID IN FRONT OF THE POUGHKEEPSIE MAIN POST OFFICE. GAVE THIS KID MY LAPTOP TO PUT A NEW BIOS BATTERY IN IT. AND HAS NOT GIVEN IT BACK TO ME WILL NOT TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE WILL ONLY RESPOND TO A TEXT. I KEEP DEMANDING MY COMPUTER BACK AND ALL HE RESPONDS WITH IS STOP BOTHERING HIM. BY NOW I THINK HE HAS TRIED TO GET MY PERSONAL INFORMATION OFF OF IT. I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB IN POUGHKEEPSIE AND I AM GOING TO FILE A SMALL CLAIMS CASE THIS WEEK. DID NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING UP FRONT BUT I AM STILL LOOKING FOR MY COMPUTER BACK WORD OF ADVISE GO TO A WELL KNOWN PRO NOT A FLY BY NIGHT WANT A BE

Everything went smoothly and quickly and with the best positive attitude. He is also very informative and shares with me information on the work in a language that I can understand.Reliable and personable. It was my lucky day when I found Anthony!!!!
Description of Work: Provider helps with all aspects of IT usage in my office weekly. He is helping me with development of website, Free listings on the web to generate more clients, compliance with a software system that I use. Has also fixed a computer, advised me on buying another. Installed the computer and has streamlined best apps for my business.
