+ 0 moreThe camera was returned very clean and service was excellent. I received the camera back in one and one half weeks instead of the three weeks that I was told when I took the camera in. I don't usually purchase extended warranties, but I am glad I did this time. Canon's warranty was only 90 days and Geek Squad's warranty also covers the camera for accidental damage.
Description of Work: My Canon Camera was cleaned and serviced by the Geek Squad at Best Buy. I purchased a three year warranty package in 2012. As a part of this package, you get an annual maintenance.

+ -1 moreTHEY BASICALLY DID EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED THEM TO DO. THEY WERE FRIENDLY, AND THEY WERE STRAIGHT FORWARD. THAT IS A VERY RARE AND VERY GOOD THING. THEY DID SUCH A GOOD JOB THAT IT WAS WORTH THE MONEY.
