Charles was very responsive to my questions. When it became evident that I could not do what I wanted to do, he had a good alternative. It was using ThermaPure heat and virtually baking my house, with the assurance that it wouldn't go up in smoke. The job that the two techs did was outstanding and thorough. Wala all the mold that covered my entire attic, rafter and tongue and groove sheething. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after they finished. It was a pleasure working with these guys.

Expediant Environmental is a very professional organization. We hired them for the thermapure mold remediation service. Our entire walk-in attic was affected by mold from ice damming over this heinous 2009-2010 winter season. The mold was extensive, intrusive, and affected our health greatly. Expediant presented the heat treatment option to us, provided information and research on the procedure, and answered all of our questions prior to remediation. The process was flawless. The remediators were professional, the company adhered to our timeframe and job requests, and the mold was remediated effectively. We are very pleased.

Chris Larson was very informative and was patient with our questions. He answered all of our questions fully. We were drawn to this company because of the biodegradable fungicide used. It just made sense to us to use this type of remediation instead of others we've learned about such as using dry ice. The guys on the job were polite and got the job completed timely. Joel was very professional and knowledgable every time either one of us spoke with him.

They went above and beyond the call of duty. Doug was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions. His recommendations were research based and completely explained.

They were very professional. For the estimate they arrived on time, explained the options, and the cost which I thought was good. They set up a date to do the work. Arrived early on site. The employees were very friendly and experienced. The job was completed on schedule. The area was cleaned up after they removed all the trash and took it with them. If I had another problem I would hire them again.

The service has not been completed yet. The project will be completd on Dec 7th. The knowledge and service throught the proposal process was excellent. Expediant was very prompt and knowledgabel about our project. We ran into un planned issues which resulted in more work and longer compeltion time, but Expediant did not charge additional cost. The deliver the project to the proposed price.
