Doug was honest and gave me some good advice. After a visual inspection, he told me I probably didn't have a mold problem and recommended an air purifier machine. I would recommend them.

The two man crew that showed up to "cook" our basement to abut 155 degrees was very easy to work with and took the time to go through the items I had left in the basement to identify any additional items I needed to remove prior to the treatment. They did a thorough job and were careful not to damage any areas or items.

Professional from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the project. I have two homes, and after they did such a great job with the first, I had the second home checked out and had a need as well. They were always careful to only recommend work that was needed, even if that meant a smaller project and profit for them. I wish all my experiences with service providers were this great. You will absolutely be satisfied if you use them!
