Stay far, far away! Unless you want to overpay for work that will never be completed and/or will be done incorrectly by company that hopes that you just will not know enough to realize, I recommend staying far, far away. We hired them to do some foundation excavation/waterproofing work along with creating an outside drainage system. We paid them a 50% deposit upfront and we are left with an absolute mess to cleanup from a botched job which they refused to fix / complete, as well as refused to refund our deposit. The foundation work was a joke - did not do anything to the necessary depth to actually waterproof and route water from the foundation and the drainage system was made up of a series of pipes that could never have actually connected to one another and was not at the contract-specified depth, etc. Throughout the 6 days they were on site, they never called me to request a change order or flag any issues on site. However after we stopped work at the job site when we saw all of the issues, they demanded more money - an additional 50% of the initial quote - in order to complete the work they had contractually committed to. Hey strung us along for weeks before telling us they would not complete the work and would not give us our deposit back. There was no part of what they had done that was even usable. Unless you have technical expertise in the work you are hiring them to do and intend to watch their every move, I would suggest staying far far away. We tried many times to get in touch with the senior management at the company and never had our calls returned. Our experience with them was absolutely shameful and we have no recourse with the deposit.

Rich and his team are fantastic. They don't pull any punches and give you a detailed breakdown of the work that NEEDS to be done and what is NICE to have. I was able to make a decision on how to encapsulate my crawlspace that was tailored to my specific home. I have since used Rich and Expediant Environmental for several other projects and recommended them to friends and family.

Absolutely do not hire this business to waterproof or insulate the foundation on the exterior. A four-day job is going on for three weeks. Works days are less that five hours. A four-man crew has been a two-man crew. My block wall has been damaged by the pick, my foundation was left exposed to rain storms and has flooded three times, the gutters drained into the foundation ditch the dug, the ditch was not properly sloped or dug causing water to flood again the foundation, the owner has not reached out to address any issues and the job seems to be too much for this two man crew to take on. They used no excavation equipment and thought shovels and picks would get the job done. The owner should be ashamed of this job progress and if my foundation or slab is ruined due to incompetence, I will hold them responsible. BBB and will be hearing from me. The job is not even done and I am ready to fire them. My vacation plans had to be cancelled because this job has has wen over the time frame they set. Should have been done between the 11-14. Here we are almost two weeks later and they still have dug past the footer. I am furious.

They were prompt and did their work professionally. The openings to blow in insulation were larger than I expected—we had them blow it in from inside the house and it was quite a patching job afterwards. However, their bid was far lower than the other bid I received, so good value for money.

First inspector Kelly came to survey the job he was very professional understood what I wanted done there was no pressure to do otherwise we came to an agreement on price and scheduled a day to have the work done. The two guys came on time set up to do the work they were professional did the job in a timely manner, cleaned up and were done. Great jobs guys .

We chose them because Rich Wasvary gave a very thorough analysis and estimate. Not the cheapest, but the most realistic. We were involved in the project from start to finish, helping to make decisions as new issues came to light. The whole crew (Rich, Ron, Shane, and Mike) was competent, communicative, courteous. They worked thoroughly and clean, always leaving the work site tidy before leaving for the day. Our basement is dry for the first time in 30 years.

I was lucky to come across this company on home advisor, Michael, Devon, and Shane exceeded my expectations. They were quick and professional. These guys treated mold and replaced the insulation in my new home, and went as far as removing all of the junk left by the previous owners. My crawl space looks like a completely different home within the week it took them to complete the job. I couldn't have asked for a better job, and I intend to mention them whenever I hear someone in need of work!

I had three companies come to see my home and provide an estimate. I chose Expediant because they were thorough in explaining the work needed to be done, they answered all of my questions and their pricing was fair. When the time came for the work to be done, the workers were friendly and focused. They completed the work in a timely manor and explained every part of the process well. When they left, there was no mess- everything was cleaned up and restored to its original place. I highly recommend this company. Service with excellence.
