I liked the service, I hate this survey.

Very personable adn flexibe. Not sure about teh price evaluation yet, I am just getting a modld test performed.

Not inexpensive, but very effective in removing the mold. The new dehumidifier works great.

Project Mgr was very professional, help was very courteous and extremely hard working. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

He did a good job. I had a few roaches running around two weeks after the hold house was treated I made one phone call and he returned and retreated the house. I am impressed with the professional service they provided.

I think they did a good job, not sure cuz the mold was supposed to be behind the sheetrock, lot of scare tactics used pre hiring, but all in all the guys seemed honest and efficient. Andre was a pleasure to work with

The only thing I didn't like was that there are a lot of scare-tactics in this business. My girlfriend was scared out of her mind and when the lab results came back (WEEKS later), we found out that everything was normal. And there was nothing we can do about the minor mold we had b/c it was in the air. Just do your homework. Additionally, I would imagine that all these companies are like this, hence why I didn't rate Expedient poorly.

Highly intelligent on what you would need to do to save money

The heat treatment of the basement was very effective and solved the problem. I feel however that this treatment should not be that expensive.
