Heating doesn't work to eliminate mold in your home. This is ineffective and a waste of your money. Decent customer relations, terrible process and outcome.. Go elsewhere and have it done professionally and effectively using wipe down of surfaces, hepa scrubbing and proper followup testing..I can not overstate my disappointment.

I only had air quality testing performed after a mold remediation by another company, but Doug was very personable, professional and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and fully explained the testing process and the logic behind it as he took the air samples. Yes, I would recommend Expediant

very professional services,from initial contact to job completion. the work team were very helpful, and respectful. one coment, my basement floors need to be cleaned,since product used left white stains when it dried,otherwise i would have given a 5 star in every catagory,definately would recommend
