Description of Work: They sent a guy to assess mold in my basement. He seemed to know about mold. But it felt, every second, like he was trying to get me to sign on for as big a job as possible. He used dramatic language about how people die in houses with mold due to the diseases you get. He seemed arrogant. I let him do a couple of air samples. They were slow getting back to me. Just nothing was satisfactory. I went with a local handyman who had done lots of mold remediation and he did a selective and much less expensive piece of work. If Expedient is right about this, I should be dead any minute, but I still feel great.

Well.I've had no more problems.
Description of Work: Checked for presence of moisture in wall in question. Provided written estimate and explanation of work to be done. Used "pasteurization" method of neutralizing mold. Checked in for follow-up.

They were very professional, and were readily available to perform the service. They seemed knowledgeable about the issue and how it could be resolved. They were less than prompt, though, when it came to providing the report (a day later than they promised). Still, I'd go back.

They indicated that they could treat appropriately and even provided a 25 year guarantee. I was suspect of the contract and even gave it to my attorney to review. He felt it was in order so I hired them. The treatment seemed to help for awhile and the dehumidifier probably helped some too but it has been less than a year and the mold is back. I contacted this company and advised that they were going to have to follow up and reminded them of the 25 year guarantee. They advised that they would have to charge to do it again. What good is the guarantee???? I was originally pleased that they'd tried so hard but I needed the "more" that they promised. My health has been affected by this problem so I'm now searching for a reliable company to help me.
Description of Work: I hired them in June 2010 to do mold remediation and treatment. They inspected, found the mold, supposedly tested for it then brought a man back to wash the walls and apply a chemical treatment.

Sampled mold in attic, report showed it was non toxic, then provided estimate for remediation. I decided to go with this company and their workers showed up on time and did an unbelievable job on a widespread mold problem. With exception of a few stains it looks like there was never mold on the underside of the roof at all when before there seemed to be few places there was not mold. The workers where a father son team that where the best homeservice professionals I or my family have ever dealt with since owning at least one home for 7 years and two homes for 4 years with more then 20 services of all types used. I do not think it can get better than this team.
