Description of Work: They cleaned my house and carpet.

Description of Work: I contacted Down to Earth in order to get an estimate for housecleaning and rug cleaning. My call was promptly responded to and Ed came to my house exactly at the time he said he would come. He was very professional and pleasant. While I did not end up selecting his service for housecleaning, I did use his rug cleaning service. My rugs were disgusting! However, he agreed to clean them for a very reasonable price and both rugs came back clean and ready to be laid down. He and his crew showed up to pick up the rugs when he said they would. He also delivered the rugs at the exact day and time he said he would. After dealing with a variety of contractors and other handymen, painters etc., I have come to think that few of these business people care if they do a good job or not. Nor do they care if they are late or simply don't show up at all. My guess is that they just don't need the work so it must not matter if they get repeat customers. Down to Earth Cleaning was different. They did what they said they would do. They were polite and prompt. And their work was very good. I can't ask for anything more than that!

Description of Work: Owner ran business. Did not use as of yet. Cost $260 thought was somewhat high but compared to Merry Maids it's a good price
