They had previously referred me to a member of their family, who lived closer to me, for cleaning services and she cleaned for me for about a year and a half. When she moved to another state, I contacted them & asked for someone to replace her. The woman answering said they would get back to me later that afternoon and I never heard from them again.

Unbelievably well!! I expected a good cleaning, and what I got was better than a deep spring cleaning!! The normal dusting, vacuuming, mopping was done, but on top of that they cleaned rafters, moved all my furniture, baseboards, blinds, tops of pictures -- and I have a house full of "collections" of glass, china, decorated eggs, and the list goes on. They cleaned every little thing, and they even brought my stainless appliances to a sparkle I never was able to do (well, thought I did, but they proved me wrong)!! I could not be more pleased. Am definitely having them back again!!

The owner provided me with a high quote, but out of desperation, I accepted and decided to continue with the cleaning. I own 8 buildings in the Dutchess area and was hoping to establish a relationship so I could use them on a regular basis. The owner advised me that his crew would go to the apartment the next day in the morning, but NEVER gave me an exact time. I expected him to call me with an exact time that morning, but the only call I got was his crew calling to say that they were there. I told him that I had no idea they would be there, and if they could be me 45 minutes I would drive up and let them into the rental. The owners nephew then called me back and said they would not be able to wait as they had other jobs. I told him that I was never given an exact time and if they would just wait that I would be there asap. He said he could not, but would call his uncle (the owner). He never returned my call, so I called the owner myself. The owner was VERY rude and told me that he sent a crew of 4 men to do the job and we were not there! I told him he never gave me an exact time and I was waiting for his call. He said he told me 10am....which he did not! It is very clear that he is confused. They were overall rude and incredibly unprofessional, leaving me high and dry at the 11th hour. It is a shame as I own many buildings and this would have been a VERY lucrative relationship for this company. Next time, make sure you do what you say your going to do regarding contacting customers and treat them with respect and courtesy!

I was advised that they would call to reschedule but have not heard from them yet.

Mr. Obrien refused to tell me what cleaning products he uses, despite my persistent questioning. I declined to hire him.

They arrived 45 minutes early. I didn't have everything picked up. It would have been nice to have received a call the day before to confirm the appointment time. They did a very good job cleaning the carpet and protecting the furniture. They did not leave the carpet overly wet so it did not buckle too much and it dried quickly. The carpet looks and feels great.

Went without a hitch. Ed and his crew were punctual, cordial and extremely professional. Quality of work was great and every window was cleaned very well. No drama or issues and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for anything.

They were wonderful to work with, pleasant and responsible. This was the second time they cleaned my house and both times they arrived on time, charged exactly the amount I was quoted, and were very thorough. I liked working with a family business, as well.

This is a family run business that takes pride in their work. The owner (Ed), exceeded expectations and provided services beyond with a high level of professionalism. There were many challenges in this job with extensive cleaning and repairs, but Ed and his crew resolved all issues while keeping with in the proposed budget. The two people who came out were friendly and professional and spoke in a knowledgeable way about the project. They returned phone calls and were cooperative about scheduling. I felt comfortable with them in my house and felt that they were invested in doing a good job. They spoke to me about problems and limitations of the job in a professional way. It seemed like it was a family business of sorts which usually is a good thing.

You were friendly and courteous when we set up the appointment to get my carpet and sectional cleaned; your guys were on time and very competent as well as very friendly; most importantly, they did a great job. I've just closed on a property and before I move furniture in, I wanted to have the house completely cleaned. Ed, and his team did a really fantastic job. They were meticulous in their work and the house is sparkling. I will definitely use their services again.

A most unpleasant experience and a complete rip-off. We were promised that several things would be done, but they were not. This included: - The closets - we were told they would be cleaned, but they weren't - We asked them to finish the bathroom counters with a special oil product, and showed them how. Not only was this not done, but they didn't clean the counters properly, leaving soap scum around the taps - There were cobwebs left in the living room - We specifically asked them to clean out channeling on the deck sliding doors. They did not. - They left marks and dirt spots on the floor in the corners We were originally told that the work would take 5-6 hours. The cleaning team left after 4, leaving the above undone. But the worse thing was: Ed never made any attempt to rectify this, and this is why I rate them an F. I called him immediately after the work was done with my concerns, and was quite willing to work out some kind of compromise or resolution. We agreed that I would send him an email with the details of the problems, which I did. He never responded, despite repeated followup calls. These people do not care one bit about customer service or customer satisfaction. They took over $600 from us, leaving the job half done, and never responded to our complaints or concerns. I would stay as far away from them as possible. Update: As soon as I posted the review, Ed called me and we discussed the issue. I told him I was busy with work, and wanted to discuss the matter with my partner, and I would call him in 2-3 days - which I did. Ed was responsive and keen to come to an agreement. There were clearly some communication issues involved, since he said he was not aware of any problem with the job until I posted my review, but he was very apologetic and really wanted to make things right. We quickly came to an agreed remedy, which he has honored. I agreed to update this review., which I have done, and the matter is now resolved to my satisfaction.

Ed, the owner was great to work with on this upsetting situation. He removed all the remaining boxes and materials from the attic that we had been storing up there. Everything was wiped down and cleaned, then neatly stacked. Next came down the saturated insulation, neatly bagged for disposal. The attic was scrubbed one end to the other. A Heppa filter machine was used after that to remove any remaining signs of mold and to dry the attic completely. When he came back to pick up the machine on the last day he showed us how clean the filter was and that was very reassuring to me. We were so pleased with the work done by Ed and his team. Can't say enough about how easy he was to work with and what a great job his company did for us! Mold removal was not a job I was going to tackle; glad his service provided such in depth results.

Prompt response to initial phone call. Team showed up on time - they were professionally dressed, polite, introduced themselves, got to work quickly. Worked on four carpets that had heavy dog traffic - they took extra care with some of the longer lasting stains. Gave us some product to use on future stains. Carpets are clean - process was painless. Clean, decent, professional workers.A + - will definitely use them again for carpets and other cleaning needs.

The two workers Andy sent to do the painting were great. Andy checked in regularly.

Ed is always reliable and does a great job. We just leave a check and don't have to worry. We have been using his company to clean the house for over a year now, and it's clear Ed takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good service provider.

They were excellent. My wife said that they were very good because she took care of all that. They were quick, thorough and very friendly. The quality of their work was very good and I had no issues with it. Their responsiveness was very good. They were quick and they were around when we needed them. They were also very punctual.

I was very happy. They really were concerned about doing a good job and letting me know that they had worked hard. They called back promptly and they showed up promptly. They came out and gave me an estimate, instead of guessing over the phone. They are just very nice hard-working people. They take pride in their work. I was really impressed.

It went very smoothly. Ed, the owner, came over for an estimate first. We discussed what I wanted. Ed made some good suggestions. He emailed me the estimate and I called him to set the date for the cleaning. I needed the service done in a timely manner and Ed scheduled it with that in mind. I was very pleased when I came home that evening after work! Aside from a super clean home, the crew did some extra's......folding towels in my laundry/bathroom, sweeping out the mudroom which had stored wood all winter and some dusting/straightening in the bedrooms, which I didn't expect (carpet cleaning in the bedrooms were requested). All in all, it was a very good experience and I will be scheduling follow-up maintenance service in the future.

It is a small family owned local company but they do a good job. Their prices are lower compared to other service providers I have used in the past. They are professional, reliable, thorough, punctual and honest. Their service is superb and I am very satisfied with it. I have already recommended them to other people.

He said he would come on Tuesday. I waited and waited and he never came or called- to this day! That tells me that provider is unreliable. Sorry.

Everything about them was professional. We have since ripped up most of our wall to wall carpeting so have not had reason tocall them.

If you want an honest workman ( which may be an oxymoron) then you should definitely call theses people.
