I was delighted with the service I got from Down to Earth. Ed came up and did a walk-thru in advance and provided a comprehensive quote then worked with my priorities to make sure the particular things I wanted done could be done within my budget. He brought a 5 person crew, all of whom were cheerful and courteous, and they worked without stopping for 4 hours to get everything done. They encouraged me ("We're going to get your house beautiful for your family!") and they encouraged each other ("Look at how you've got those cupboard doors looking like new! Nice work!") and it was a pleasure to have them in the house. When they were done, every room was clean and shiny. Not only did they clean, they also left each room more nicely arranged than it had been before. The pillows were symmetrical on the couches, the blankets were neatly folded and the clutter I had not gotten put away was in tidy stacks. Ed and his crew cleaned with enthusiasm, skill and professionalism and I look forward to having them in again!

Amazing! I am extremely grateful to have found this company to work with. First, their name is perfect - everyone I've spoken with has been very down-to-earth and approachable. They make inviting strangers into my home very easy with their warm personality and easy going nature. Most importantly though, their work was outstanding. I have a dog and cat and the fur is just *everywhere*. Not only did I come home to furless floors and furniture, but every surface was dusted and spotless. For their first visit, I had the cleaners do a deep clean of everything, which included the inside of appliances and vacuuming our unfinished basement. They did an excellent job - I sure wish I had hired them much earlier. They're definitely contributing to our household, making our home a more peaceful and enjoyable place to live. :)

This company is amazing. From beginning to finish. I called to get an estimate and they got back to me the same day. We scheduled a one time deep clean. I was surprised when the crew showed up and the owners were there to clean as well. They were on time and did everything. Including things I wouldn't have thought of. I hired them for a one time clean and after I saw the job they did, I hired them for bi weekly cleans. I've used other companies before but Down To Earth is by far the best. Thanks to Ed and the crew.

They broke a lamp. They didn't adequately clean the kitchen or the bathroom. He came back and re-cleaned the areas of the home but completely denies that he broke anything. He cannot be reasoned with and was nasty with me.

They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were careful to clean behind and under furniture - moving things to access windowsills etc... Very professional.

The couches look fantastic, and an additional large ottoman was cleaned at no extra cost. Could not be happier with that service! Badly wanted to see the follow-up house cleaning enjoy the same wonderful results. Dusting was excellent and removal of grease in areas of kitchen done nicely. However, so much was not done and/or not done well. Streaks on glass cabinets, bathrooms not cleaned well, floors not done well with things not moved to mop under... Had to finish cleaning when I got home from work. Told four were coming, three did and one left early. They're great at getting back to you quickly, showing up.

They've been great. I've used them numerous times. It's always been two people who come to complete the service and the workers are great, very polite, very professional, and very good.

I give them all A's; that's why I've kept using them. I wouldn't have them back if I didn't like them.

Not well. I really respect the reviews from others (I'm sure they're great) but I was very unsatisfied with the work I received. I requested their work while I was out of state, but ran into several issues. While I spoke with father and son multiple times and while they were very responsive and friendly, the work was not done well. I'll start with the positive first. Most of my items were removed as requested and they did a great job cleaning out the inside of the refrigerator and stovetop. That was overall positive. However, that's where it ends. The kitchen floor was not as clean as it should have been. There was still a considerable amount of surface dirt in the corners and on the floor. Moreover while they tried to clean the carpets, they still remain dirty. (In fact I'm looking for another carpet cleaner now). A TV and monitor was also left at the unit (it was moved inside of a closet). Upon letting the owners know about the TV, the carpet, the kitchen floor and the bathroom sink area, they apologized and promptly removed the television and cleaned the kitchen floor on a future visit. However I was still very unsatisfied overall--especially with the carpet. These guys seemed to try, but ehh - just not satisfied.

Everything has been great! When they came for the initial deep cleaning, 4 people came. They divided and conquered and were very efficient. They found and cleaned dirty areas I had never thought to check in the past. Jessica has been cleaning our kitchen since the initial date and does great work. The initial deep cleaning was $350 and the follow up cleanings which we get once a month have been $160. My wife and I are very happy with their service and can pretty much do anything.

They went above and beyond. Jessica is the best! So professional and personable.

I would highly recommend this service. They come every two weeks without fail and I see the same people each cleaning. This is really great because they know exactly what I want and perform services as I have requested. They are efficient, thorough, and my house always looks amazing after they have cleaned!

These guys were not great they were awesome! Ed and his crew made my house look like new. We had them come in for a deep clean and they did an unbelievable job. Ed, true to his word, did everything he said he would do and more! Every room was spotless and they even cleaned rooms we said they didn't have to clean. Unbelievable! My kitchen, which had never been professionally cleaned since we bought it 6 years ago looked better than when we actually bought the house and moved in. The kitchen cabinets look like they were installed this weekend. The Viking Oven which is 15 years old now looks like I just bought it. I was blown away. Yet the actual stovetop hood which was so caked with grease I couldn't remove the lights to replace them shine like they were just installed! Ed said he would do that and boy did he keep his word. They cleaned all the windows in the house and they look amazing. It's rare that you get someone who does a great job. Rarer still to get someone to keep their word on what they are going to do. Rarest of all is someone who goes above all of that and still holds to his original estimate. Ed and his team did all of that. I wish there were a higher rating that A to give them. Unbelievable work and service for a great and truly fair price. Thanks Ed!

Down to Earth did a great job on the deep clean, very professional and detail-oriented. We were so happy that we have continued to employ them for the week to week cleaning we require.
