Description of Work: well, if they had returned my three phone calls, they would have cleaned carpeting and gutters. they have cleaned area rugs in the past and the work was efficient, reasonable and reliable. now??? not very reliable on returning phone calls, so they missed the work

Description of Work: Three pieces of valuable silver went missing. Whether 'stolen' or ''thrown out by accident" as claimed, they returned one 11" high sterling water pitcher and the 8"long sterling table box and 8" dia sterling dish were not returned. We reached a cash settlement of partially returning the cleaning fee after two months and threats of a Police Report for stolen items. I just cannot let this firm back in my house or recommend them to anyone I know. I'm not sure which is worse: stealing by a dishonest employee or throwing away three large and valuable silver objects while cleaning a house.

Description of Work: Eddie got back to me the very same day I called. We wanted to make the appointment the same day we closed on a house. We closed on the house 2pm and wanted the rugs cleaned because the previous owners had 3 dogs. He confirmed the time the day before and confirmed again the same day to make sure that the time still worked for us. He and his team were prompt, honest and did a great job. I highly recommend Down to Eartha and will use them for their other services in the future.

 + -1 moreThe house was cleaned from top to bottom, they cleaned areas I wouldn't have expected or thought of - like on top of the refrigerator! When they came for the second cleaning the wood was oiled (I prefer that to a dry dusting). The cleaning was extraordinary and I've had several other cleaning services that have not measured up to this. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Initial and secondary house cleaning, included living room, hallway, bathroom, kitchen, dining room. Floors, walls, drapes, furniture, etc. were all cleaned and/or dusted.

 + -1 moreWe had a "first" cleaning which was performed on the whole house and they did an extraordinary job. Bathroom tiles, fixtures and kitchen appliances were spotless. They even cleaned the fluorescent light fixtures and our oven. The cleaned all of the dust on the furniture and were extremely careful around our expensive flat screen tv and our home theater setup. They followed up with a phone call to make sure that we were satisfied with the work. We will continue to use them and may eventually have them clean ever week rather than ever other week. I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in trustworthy, dependable, and expert house cleaning services.
Description of Work: The owners were punctual and professional and gave us a very good estimate of cleaning services. We got a first cleaning of the overall house and we continue to get regular house cleaning every other week.
