David the Plumber

This guy is slow and not prepared to do the job. He does not listen to instructions, as a result he had to come back to do the job right. Had the nerve to change me for his time, after he didn’t get it right the first time because he thought he knew more than what I was asking him to do.

called David to install a new water heater. price was very good under what I was expecting to pay.

i would like another experience with this plumber. He called within minutes of requesting a plumber, However, he had several emergencies during my project and i didn't have in undivided attention. I was left with cold water for a few days before the job was completed. So if you are overbooked, does that mean someone gets left in the cold?

He became totally non responsive once he got paid, there was a noise coming out of the toilet that was not there prior to fixing it and a knock in the water system. I called him , spoke to him and texted him and he hasn't responded with a time to come back to look at it .

It was the coldest day and other plumbers I had called were booked solid fixing emergency frozen pipes. Of course, that was the day my water heater chose to quit!!! Although David was super busy, he did manage to squeeze me in for a quick hot water heater element replacement. Thanks so much, David!!

He called within minutes of asking for an estimate on Home advisor, gave a very fair estimate, and stuck to the estimate quoted. He gave an email 3 days before the appt, to verify we were still on. The morning of, he called an hour early to say he was finishing up another job, and that he would be 30 minutes late, and he was right on time for that. He did awesome work, quickly, and was very willing to make sure the job was done the way I needed it done. He is an extremely knowledgeable plumber, very honest, and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work you might need!

He is very professional,clean and fair person.
