Tim did an excellent job on both installations. He is very careful, and takes time to explain all details, answer questions, and discuss alternatives.

Removal of old door was a snap and went well. Install took the most time as wall was out of square and off plum and outside wall of house is stucco so it made putting new brickmould a little tricky. Very good at his craft and came up with some useful solutions to do an excellent job. Will definitely use again.

The renovation included total demolition of the existing kitchen and then putting in a new hardwood floor, moving a window from one wall to another, replacing all the cabinets as well as the sink, stove (converting to gas) and refrigerator, installing a granite counter top - soups to nuts. From beginning to end, the contractor (Tim) was exemplary. He began the job when he said he would, and he and his assistant worked steadily over the 6-week renovation. Also he was very clean and carted away the debris. He recommended the people who installed and finished the new floor and granite counter tops, who were both excellent. He listened to us throughout and made many helpful suggestions even into the renovation, which resulted in a fabulous kitchen. The sink we had ordred was too big for the cabinet and he helped to redesign cabinet placement to accomodate the change. We had ordered a window which we decided we didn't like and he modified the opening for a different one. He custom-built a small cabinet to fit a space in the corner and modified another so it would fit over the refrigerator. The refridgerator stuck out too far from the counter, so he built a pocket to move it back several inches. The counter-top people cut the stone off an inch and Time moved the wall and base cabinets so it would be centered under the stove. I can't imagine a better or smoother job. Tim' paid a lot of attention to the details, had very high work standards, and showed a willingness to accommodate us as our ideas evolved.

Project went very well. We encountered no problems. Tim is very easy to work with.

All went well & as expected from estimate through completion.

Tim and his crew did a fantastic professional job on our new Kitchen. We even hired him back to customize our closet and fireplace. Our plan is to have him finish our basement in the future
