Description of Work: Lights wouldn't turn on in fridge and freezer. He checked it out and said it was the light relay on the motherboard that was faulty. He hit the relay with a screwdriver and the light came on. Unfortunately, the lights were off again before he even left. He gave us our options. He was honest and straightforward. He did not pressure us into anything. I would recommend this company.

Description of Work: Our washing machine stopped working when the cold water wouldn't enter the tub. I first called another appliance repair company who wanted to order an expensive part without even coming to look at the machine and told me it would be a couple of weeks before they would get to me. I then called Affordable Appliance. The technician was here the next day and fixed our machine (without any parts required) for $65 and gave me a 30-day guarantee. I was very satisfied with both the responsiveness of Affordable Appliance and the cost. I highly recommend them.

Technician arrived within the scheduled time window. Explained work he was performing and why. Provided estimated cost of repair and explained merits of repair vs. replacement of refrigerator. Extremely pleased; would use again and recommend to others.
