The owner, Rich, came to our house and gave us a quote for refinishing hardwood floors in two bedrooms. He was supposed to start right after Labor Day. We moved all the furniture out of both bedrooms, but he never showed up. After calling him several times that day, he called back and explained that he had had a family emergency and needed a few days. No problem. Even though our house was a disaster and we had to drag our mattresses back in to sleep, we understood that emergencies happen. He called back again and apologized and rescheduled for a few days later. Again, he never showed up and we never heard from him again!!
