It was very good and it's very pleasant when they came out. They did a good job and wanted to be sure it was aligned correctly when they left. If it wasn't I'd just call and they would come right back over to fix it.

Excellent, professional, and affordable service. The vendor understood my urgency on getting the garage door fixed ASAP. He even came on Sunday to replace the old opener with a new one. He replaced everything: the opener, 2 remote controls, the wireless keypad, the motion sensors, the belt drive, etc. We had a great service experience.

I called the provider and left a message in his answering machine requesting a maintenance service for a garage door located in Potsdam. He did return my call early next day and say that he could go and evaluate the condition of my garage on the same morning. So, he did. Once he evaluated what was wrong with the overhead door, he fixed it. He also provided useful information on how to carry out basic maintenance. We trusted this young gentleman. He is very professional and offers a great service at an affordable price. You get value for your money. I will definitely recommend this provider.

After contacting a different overhead door company and having no results I stumbled across Joe's Overhead Door. The young man had recently purchased the business. We made an appointment. He showed up on time with a can do attitude; listed what he could do and gave me a price. Within three weeks he returned and did everything quickly and efficiently. The only hitch in the job was the remote opener had to be backordered. However, when this delay ocurred he notified me right away and gave me a day when he would be there... which was the day he came. Based on my experience with him I'd say to you - use Joe's Overhead Doors.
