Excellent. Service professional John was professional and persistent in resolving my issue, He first inspected the main sewer line with a camera (at my request), explaining the condition of the line and the blockage. He then worked diligently to clear what was a major root blockage in the line. Since the blockage was excessive, John needed to "chip away" and slowly remove the bulk of the roots. He retrieved ALOT of roots by being patient and persistent with this challenging blockage. Another sewer company (C.W.) had come 7 weeks prior and was not as persistent with the problem and did not resolve it. When complete John re-camerad the pipe and showed and explained to me the results. The price was very fair considering the time spent and the results. I highly recommend Titan for their result driven approach. PS - They were also very neat, putting down a large tarp on my carpeted stairs down to the basement. No other company has done that in he past.

Tom Borriello listened to my problem, asked a lot of questions and advised me on possible solutions without having to come to my house. He was the utmost professional, being extremely helpful with a lot of advise. He spent a lot of time on the phone with me, offering to come out, but advising that my problems were probably appliance related and not drain related. He advised on several steps I needed to take to solve my problems and, of course, offered to come out at any time that I felt I needed his services. This is the way professionals should treat customers. I am so glad I used Angies List to find him.

The provider was very responsive in returning my call and providing an estimate and explaining the issue. He tested all the downspouts and cleared the 4 that were clogged. The charge was exactly what the estimate was and very reasonable.

They were really good. They came when they said they were going to come. They cleaned up after themselves. They did a good job. We don't have any problems with it. I can't think of anything bad.

JOHN ARRIVED ON TIME I TOLD HIM THE DISHWASHER WAS COMING UP INTO THE KITCHEN SINK,AND THE WATER WOULD NOT GO DOWN IN THE SINK. HE COVERED THE FLOOR PUT DOWN PAPER AND SNAKED OUT THE DRAIN HE WAS THERE FOR ABOUT 45min HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING BEFORE HE LEFT.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE USED TITAN THEY DID WORK IN THE BASEMENT NOW ON THE MAIN FLOOR. First this company gives you Aric's on the phone, second they do not try to up sell you they do what they came to do and did it very well not stopping running the line until everything was working perfectly. I called Tom on a Thursday afternoon and he dispatched one of his guys to arrive the next morning between 8:30am - 9:00am. Rob showed up at 8:30am and knew exactly what was causing the problem and what the right solution was. Rob finished the work in one hour and did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. Great service and really nice guys. I highly recommend Titan.

We knew our drainage system needed a clean up, but little did we know about the extend to which it was clogged. Titan Sewer and Drain Company responded to our request very promptly and stopped by the same day with a 75 feet motorized snake and solved the problem. The gentleman stayed for almost three hours until he made sure our system was completely clog free. He was very kind, and explained everything in detail at every step. His passion to do the best for his customers was apparent. Their fee was very reasonable and they were very honest with their findings. I would definitely recommend them and would surely want to work with them again, although I prefer not having problems with our sewer system.

Titan has come immediately whenever called. They've cleared my main sewer line several times over the years. They also back up their work with a warranty and have provided good advice about next steps in order to keep the plumbing of our older house running. They are attentive and answer all questions.

Thomas Boreillo is the gentleman who did the work for me. He is a kind, courteous person and did the job quickly. He was also there the day after I called which was wonderful. I recommend his services.
