 + -1 moreIt was awful. Complete incompetency I brought in a mosquito magnet for servicing beginning of April 2014. Waited a month-- called for update. Promised a call back. No response. Called again each week for the following 5 weeks till June. No response. Never called back. Finally reached someone who checked and told me(now 2 months later) that I could pick up the machine. Went there picked up the machine but it was NEVER LOOKED AT --NEVER SERVICED. Never a call back never an apology.. Waited 2 months and still have no working mosquito machine.
Description of Work: the point is they did absolutely nothing . Brought in a machine for maintenance. Waited 2 months. Refused to update me. refused to answer or return my calls. After 2 months of waiting they did absolutely nothing. never serviced my machine and never told me why.
