+ -1 moreMitch Schwartz is a computer whiz. He comes as soon as he possibly can and fixes whatever is wrong very quickly. One thing that I like about him is that if he gets stumped, he stops the clock and doesn't charge for the time it takes him to figure something out. He's very fair and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: He came to my house and installed software. Then he helped me in learning how to manage the new technology on my computer.
