+ 0 moreMaurice did a great job correcting a bad painting job on a cement Florida Room floor done by the previous painter. Paint was peeling! He diagnosed the problem and redid it perfectly. He was courteous and prompt, did what he said he was going to do, on time. He and his helpers very carefully removed my furniture and plants. In addition, he cleaned the outside of my gutters that had gotten grimy and are now sparkling white. He also does cement work and exterior cleaning, and I plan to use him for that in the spring as I believe he is very reliable.
Description of Work: Maurice painted a Florida room cement floor to which previous paint had not adhered. He also did some exterior cleaning - the grimy outside of my gutters and some siding.
