Spike called me right away and was over in a half hour. He fixed my sons leaking Air Conditioner quickly. He was outside on a ladder in the pouring rain. He did an excellent job and will DEFINITELY call him again. Who can complain about someone that comes the day you need them and does a great job. He also explained exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it. He also took the time to tell us how to keep our wall air conditioners working well. Also, Spike has a great personality. Spike did a good job. The A/C blower did not appear to be working. Spike ended up spending two days on the job, finally replacing the motor after first replacing capacitors and logic board. The components were all 25 years old so were probably due anyway. Considering the time he spent the final cost even without cost of parts was less than most companies would charge JUST for labor so not complaining. It's a 4.5 rating because a 5.0 rating would have probably found the actual problem (and replaced motor) faster. I WOULD hire him again.

He spent a lot of time tinkering with the thermostat and reading the owner's manual, only looking at the A/C unit after I urged him to and in the end all that needed to be done was to power down the unit and turn it back on which reset and fixed the problem.

Can't say enough good things about Spike. Honest guy who cares about getting the job done right. He came late in the evening, during a heat wave, and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. I highly recomend.

Spike is a hero! We had no heat, the house was freezing. My husband and son are disabled and I work crazy long hours. I used another guy who looked at the burner, diagnosed it, took out money "for parts", then ghosted us. I called Spike to fix it. He was fast, efficient, so kind and professional. He had the house toasty warm in no time. Don't even consider anyone else. I'm so glad we found him. Now you have too.

An honest individual who is worth the money.

Do not hire this contractor. Had to come back 3 times; charged me a $1025 total and never fixes the AC. I had to get someone else to do the job. He fixes for $80. I complained to Angi but by email and phone and have not gotten any response from customer care.

Great work on a leaking AC air handler. On time for the job.

The worker is very conscientious regarding his work. He did a great job installing my new boiler. He however, needs improvement in having the availability to provide receipts .

He is a nice guy and means well but it did not seem like he truly knew how to fix the problem and was just going with the flow.

The technition was very polite,and very helpful explaing to me what the problem was.
