Can't say enough good things about Spike. Honest guy who cares about getting the job done right. He came late in the evening, during a heat wave, and made sure everything was fixed before leaving. I highly recomend.

The worst experience ever, this company is not worth to hire, nothing was resolved.

Spike is a hero! We had no heat, the house was freezing. My husband and son are disabled and I work crazy long hours. I used another guy who looked at the burner, diagnosed it, took out money "for parts", then ghosted us. I called Spike to fix it. He was fast, efficient, so kind and professional. He had the house toasty warm in no time. Don't even consider anyone else. I'm so glad we found him. Now you have too.

An honest individual who is worth the money.

Do not hire this contractor. Had to come back 3 times; charged me a $1025 total and never fixes the AC. I had to get someone else to do the job. He fixes for $80. I complained to Angi but by email and phone and have not gotten any response from customer care.

Great work on a leaking AC air handler. On time for the job.

The worker is very conscientious regarding his work. He did a great job installing my new boiler. He however, needs improvement in having the availability to provide receipts .

He is a nice guy and means well but it did not seem like he truly knew how to fix the problem and was just going with the flow.

The technition was very polite,and very helpful explaing to me what the problem was.

He is not expensive as other guys (everybody else wanted $190/hour just to come), but he spent 6 hours and did not fix anything in the end. He wanted to help, looked like a nice guy, but obviously, he did not have experience with this type of heating system and could not find the problem. The only thing he got correct was to point out that the fuse on the circuit board was the wrong size and could burn the house. Everything else was wrong.

Our unit was working perfectly fine before he touched it; all I asked for was for the unit to be tuned up for the summer. He sprayed it with soap and water and charged me for a tune-up. After I pointed that out, he opened up our unit, said that our capacitor needed to be replaced because it was old and that we needed Freon. We told him the machine works great, we just wanted it tuned up. He poured the wrong Freon into our unit and fried the coils. Completely destroyed the machine. We had two other companies come out that were shocked at what he did. His inexperience forced us to replace our unit, costing $11,000. My baby girl was 2 months old and 100-degree weather hit us; we could not stay in our own home. I do not recommend this man at all.

He was on time and quick. Got right to the problem.

He sounded like a professional, but the process was not professional. After having another professional. I realize he wasnt the right person. He cause more damage. he put different REFRIGERANT instead R-22 and probably destroyed the unit.

Tech was very patient and knowledgeable.

Terrible work. Not polite. Very expensive. I feel I was used. One thing he improved, and another problem he created.

He did a good job. He didn't even take forever to do the job and it was pretty quick.
