TLDR: This is a great plumbing company and Harris is my current go-to trustworthy plumber. I highly recommend you give HG a call for an estimate if you need plumbing work. I really loved all the work, and I'm rather difficult to please. My experience (over last few months in 2024): HG Plumbing installed our new hot SS water storage tank, a new toilet for a 1/2 bath, and a LG steam washer and dryer (GAS) in our new laundry room. Harris also added a new dryer exhaust vent to bring us up to code, which was quite tricky due to the how the old (incorrect) vent was run, and he came up with a great customized solution for us, which none of the other three plumbers I met with suggested. 10/10 on ALL the work. Harris and his team was on time, easy to communicate with (text/phone/email--he responds to everything!), PROFESSIONAL, and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Plumbing on the North Shore feels very expensive and HG prices are actually reasonable for the area, especially considering the excellent quality of the services. Invoices are up front and clear and Harris is extremely knowledgable, personable and easy to talk to (answered all my questions and concerns--and had many). We discussed whole house water filtration and few other upgrades done the line, and Harris is an amazing resource on all things plumbing and local/code issues. For those with MCS or healthy home concerns: I have sensitivities to many home improvement odors/chemicals and Harris was very understanding and respectful of this. Even the caulk he used was low VOC and finished off gassing extremely quickly. Normally I take 3-4 estimates before committing for non-emergency/maintenance work, but from now on I'm just calling HG. Done right is everything in plumbing and much more cost effective in the long run.

I've relied on them for all my plumbing needs for the last four years. Harris, a master plumber, consistently delivers superb quality work with no leaks, using high-quality materials. I highly recommend Harris and his company for any plumbing job.

I donâ t think Iâ ve ever written a review- but I must say, Harris is excellent. I called him back for 2 other jobs and can tell you he is professional, quick and efficient. His quotes are reasonable and his work speaks for itself. He is highly recommended in our town - FP, and I will happily attest to that! Great service and professional

This is the first ever review I have ever written. My encounter with Harris at HG plumbing and Heating solutions was so exceptional that I feel so compelled to share my experience. I have used many plumbers over the years to service my house but Harris stands out above all. I recently called him for a clogged kitchen sink that would not drain. He responded immediately and was able to fit me in within his busy schedule. It turned out to be a bigger job than anticipated but he corrected the issue. During the entire process, he explained clearly and thoroughly each problem and options on how to correct it. He used the most advanced techniques and updated tools to solve the problem. He took great pride in his work and was not satisfied until it was completely repaired. In summary, he is extremely professional, a skilled expert, punctual, and tidy. His work is extremely meticulous, thorough, neat, reasonably priced, and to code. Above all, he has great communication. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing and heating needs. I had a wonderful experience with HG Plumbing. Harris, the owner, is an expert at what he does. He is reliable, efficient, and extremely kind. I am a first time homeowner and Harris helped inform me every step of the way. His work is incredible and his prices are reasonable. I am so happy with all of the work he did. Harris, the owner of the company is a true professional. He came to our home with his assistant in uniform and walked us through the entire process in installing a new gas boiler. He made us aware of all of the town code requirements up front so as to avoid any potential issues. He gave us a clear itemized quote within a few minutes that turned out to be very reasonable as compared with our present heating service as well as some other companies. We were truly impressed and after a day or two decided to engage his services. The job began this past Monday and was completed by Wednesday as promised with minimal downtime without heat. We could not have been happier with the installation and cleanup and recommend him highly. To sum it up Harris is reliable, respectful, neat and kept us informed every step of the way. Bravo!

I selected one specific project, however, HG has performed several plumbing projects for me. Every time, I was greatly satisfied with the service. Harris Giotis is a very knowledge professional who is respectful, on-time, and responds to calls immediately. He treats your home as if it was his own. He goes above and beyond when trying to fix your plumbing issues especially when it comes to older homes like mine. I cannot say enough good things. I am someone who appreciates reviews but only gives reviews when I feel they are deserving of being recognized.

Harry was extremely professional with a written estimate and receipt after payment. He obtained the sink, installed it and installed a new faucet. He had to remove a cracked sink. He put on booties to cover his feet when he walked in and placed a cover on the carpet, very neat and clean. He came on time. The sink looks better than the original because he sealed it properly. I highly recommend HG Piping Solutions.
