 + -1 moreVery disappointing! Communication and follow-thru are paramount necessities when dealing with a Realtor. Sadly, my experience with Heidi Spellman Realty found these skills sorely lacking. I was asked to leave a "blank check" for a deposit and that it wouldn't be cashed and a copy of the check would be mailed. You can guess the outcome.....
