Did a good job in a short time

Everything went as planned cleaned the stairs, picked up rugs and cared for furniture. Cleaned all very well and replaced under furniture upon return. Recommended

It went very well. I called on a Saturday Morning, was called back that evening, made an appointment for Tuesday Morning. THe company showed up right on time, measured the space, gave me the price and they were done in about an hour and half

First of all I was scolded by Campbells for having installed a padding in a basement room. Well, it was Skip Campbell who sold me the padding when I installed the carpeting! Now I had to pay to have it dried out and relayed. The same problem arose with water getting in after another episode of severe weather and to eliviate having to go through the drying and relaying cost I had to pay another carpet company to remove the padding and glue the carpet down the way it should have been done the first time.

They're service is always great.

I have used Cambell's before the existence of Angie's List and was pleased to see that the company was on your list. When I needed my carpets cleaned after some construction had been completed in my house, I decided to use Cambell's again. My husband and I brought the rugs to the store because we didn't want to pay for the pick-up/delivery charges and the store was close enough. We were greeted by the friendly proprietor, who has beem in business with his family for many years. He and one of his staff gave us the prices for the cleaning of the three carpets. We also inquired about padding that we needed for one of the rugs and for another we had at home. He explained the differences in padding and made suggestions as to which was best for the kind of carpets and the different needs we had. A week later, we returned to pick up the carpets but the largest one did not fit in our car trunk. A sales person said that the rod that had been inserted in the rug could be removed and then the rug could be folded to be placed in the trunk. We were told that this would occur when the workers retrurned from their lunch break. We misunderstood about when this would occur so when we returned for the third time that day, we still couldn't get the last rug. The staff person was nice enough to say that perhaps the rug would be delivered free of charge. And, it was, later in the afternoon. The rugs were cleaned quite well and they all looked fresh and new. I would use Campbell's services again.

When it comes to carpet cleaning, this is honestly my company of choice. They are reliable and dependable. They also do good work and I have been using them for many years now. I have always felt like I get my money's worth out of them and I feel like they are both capable of doing good work and qualified to be doing what they are doing.

CAMPBELLS CARPET DID A MAGNIFICENT JOB. THE CARPET LOOKED BRAND NEW AGAIN AND FELT VERY SOFT ON MY BARE FEET. ALL THE STAINS WERE REMOVED AND THE ODOR WAS ABSENT. THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO USE!

THIS COMPANY MOVED MY FURNITURE IN THE OTHER ROOM SO THEY COULD CLEAN MY LIVING ROOM AND HALL WAY CARPET. THEY WERE PLEASANT, ARRIVED ON TIME, AND PROFESSIONAL.

I HAVE BEEN USING CAMPBELL'S FOR OVER FIVE YEARS NOW. THEY ALWAYS DO A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY FLOORS. A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I HAD THEM CLEAN THE FURNITURE TOO.

THIS COMPANY CLEANED MY CARPET NEW AGAIN. THE CARPET IS BRIGHT AND MAKES THE FURNITURE LOOK SO MUCH BETTER. THE WORKERS WERE NICE ALSO BUT THEY DID NOT SAY MUCH.
