Terrible company do not use. I hired Baker to install my mini split 5 years ago. Now it needs service, but I was told they "no longer service my area". Give me a break, it is a 20 minute drive tops. No customer loyalty. Stay away.

I called Chris and he was at the house to diagnose the problem the same day. While a part needed to be ordered, they were back later in the day to do the repair. Very happy with the responsiveness and the work appears to have been done well - no problems since.
Description of Work: Our a/c stopped working on one of the hottest days of the summer. The problem turned out to be with the compressor fan.

I got a quote pretty quickly after a request directly on their website. Kris came on the day scheduled and took all the necessary information to get me a quote in a timely manner. Reviewing the quote, I had multiple questions that I asked by email (with a couple resend), as well as left voicemail to get some feedback. Unfortunately, almost a month later and I did not hear back from the company. The validity of the quote is expiring in a couple days. I understand that it is high season, but a response/call back is the minimum in that situation.
Description of Work: Quote for a single zone mini split installation (including outdoor condensing unit and indoor evaporator coil).

Description of Work: Completely fixed a central AC unit that we had two other company's repair previously. Both previous repairs were not the actual cause of the problem (water leak). Baker Air was able to come in identify the actual issue and repair efficiently in a timely and professional manner. Ken Baker (owner) was in contact with us throughout the entire process. Also, the same knowledgeable serviceman handled the repair from start to finish.

House is an extended ranch with no attic, required 2 units and lots of creative problem solving. Took 2 weeks, with all custom fitted duct work. Looking forward to a cool and dry summer
