During a recent windstorm. a piece of our siding was dangling from the peak of our house. After completing our siding job six years ago. I called Mario and asked him if he could fix our problem. He immediately answered and came in two days. He repaired the siding at NO CHARGE. His commitment to customer service is truly outstanding. This company is flawless and is always concerned with the customer. It is almost unheard of. As a homeowner of 45 years, this is a unique experience and I am truly grateful. Did a professional high quality job. The job required a lot of detail work and the finished product looked excellent. The company owner was frequently at the house monitoring closely the work being done by the workers. They used large sections of tarp on the ground to keep the property clean from all demolition waste and left the property and house in clean condition.

Came to Future Image Designs through a recommendation from CertainTeed for a siding project that we were planning. We interviewed a number of potential contractors, went through the typical discussion on colors, styles, options, etc., however, Mario Nearchou, the owner of Future Image Designs was the only contractor to spend time with us, take measurements, walk the property, inspected the structure of the house and the roof for potential impact to the project, and provided an estimate that he met without exception. We agreed on a start date, he kept us informed, arrived as planned, and completed as planned. He arrived with a larger team day one for demolition, and kept a smaller team throughout the project, including a lead, not to mention Mario arriving every morning to start the day, answer any questions, and ending the day ensure the site was clean, including our neighbor's property. In addition, he was fully accessible via telephone or text. You can tell much of a business by the interaction with the owner, and Mario has a strong relationship with his people, most with tenure over five years, and many recommending each other to work with Mario. In terms of the actual job, everything about the siding, window frames, and flashing looks beautiful, and Mario made a number of suggestions to improving the lines of the house. Along the way, we asked Mario to do some additional projects, he was transparent with pricing, completed as requested, and exceeded expectations. He will be returning later in the summer to address some issues around our chimney, and will be installing a new deck/patio area in the back of the house. Thank you Mario for a great experience, and the beginning of a longer term relationship.

We hired Future Image to give us an entire new look on the exterior of our home. We had our roof, our siding and our windows replaced. We couldn’t believe how nice it turned out and how quickly it was all completed in a timely fashion. I reached out to Future Image Designs requesting an estimate on my siding back in September. Mario was on time for the estimate and provided me with all the different options of material and colors. Although the estimate was slightly higher than others, we decided to go with Future Image due to his excellent reputation and amazing reviews. The project was completed fairly quickly and ran smoothly with no surprises. I would highly recommend Mario and his company for any home improvements or renovations for your home.

I had got roofing done on my house about a month or so ago. Everything was absolutely amazing & efficient. I'll definitely be calling Future Image Designs for further work on my home!

Work was performed on time and went smoothly. Four days for siding and one for gutters. Work crews were professional and courteous, quality of work was top notch. Crews showed up at 7:30 every morning, and left property tidy and clean after work. Mario, the owner, stopped by twice every day to check on progress, and was available for any questions or concerns. He also went over and beyond to try to match the color of gutters to our siding. I have to add his suggestions are practical and no nonsense. Talked me out of expensive options which were not necessary. Will work with this company again.

Mario did a good job. Clearly communicated and prompt. Asphalt roof replacement took 1 day. Siding replacement took about 5 work days. Would hire again.

With many thanks to Mario Nearchou, owner and president of Future Image Designs Inc., for his personal hands on approach to his construction project management, the total renewal of the exterior of my home went smoothly and stress free. The project involved new vinyl siding throughout, a new roof, including the stripping down of three existing layers of roofing; and the removal of existing soffits, fascias, leaders and gutters, front and rear storm doors, and replacement of all with new – a total makeover. The quality of the work and attention to detail was exceptional, all performed by a highly professional crew that showed tremendous respect to both me as the customer, as well to my property – listening and responding to any issues and questions I had, cleaning up the entire property every evening before leaving the site. Mario, attentive and always available and ready to please, typically visiting the site at least twice daily is especially creative with solutions to any special requests and problems. His pricing is very fair and his project scheduling and completion couldn’t be better. Again my thanks!

Mario and his crew have once again done an amazing job on my house. At this point I don’t even call another contractor to compare prices even though Mario advises me to do so. That’s how much I trust him. They’re work is impeccable. My house looks stunning and people are stopping on the street to compliment me snd he had gotten multiple requests for estimates based on the works he did on my house. He is siding my nieces house in RVC next. I will never use another contractor as long as Mario is around. I noticed another review just gave him all F’s. Well I hope anyone reading these reviews will see that 99.9% of the reviewers gave him an A. That should tell you something. Don’t hesitate to call Mario, I guarantee you won’t be sorry. It’s really like having a relative in the business.

When I called him to review proposal for the first time, even before I opened my mouth, he said his price will be much higher than his proposal. I believe he gave a price he could not do the job for and was up to no good. I made an appointment with him anyway and he never showed up.

I was extremely pleased with the professional job that was done. The workers were friendly, came on time and did an excellent job of clean up as the project was completed. Mario answered all questions, the price was fair and came back to put on my mailbox & number sign. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again. A friend will be using them next month .

We had several quotes to replace the siding on our rental home. Not only did Mario’s quote beat all of the others fairly significantly for the job, but he hand delivered his quote to our home- along with al of his certifications and reviews. I was very impressed. Often times you can’t get someone to call you back for a quote let alone get the quote done and the owner hand delivers it to our home in another town. He was very thorough in his quote, the possibility for overages (which ultimately there were none), and he got the job done quickly. His crew showed up on time every day, were polite and cleaned up every day. He did such a great job that we ended up hiring him to redo the siding on our own home, something we weren’t originally planning on. But again- great value, great communication, great crew- and great quality work. Mario is straightforward, kind and does quality work. Highly recommend and will definitely use again!

We are extremely pleased with the work done by Future Image Designs. Mario was at our house first thing in the morning as his crew was beginning the job. He stayed close to an hour overseeing the work as his crew ripped down the old siding, trim, and fascia. The crew, who worked for him for many years, was professional and the job was completed the same day. Mario was back later that afternoon to oversee the final finishing touches and make sure that we were happy with the work done. The crew did a great job of cleanup and we would definitely call Mario again for any future work we need done. We highly recommend this business.

Future Image recently installed a new roof and siding Our home in Glen Cove and it looks great! Mario is an accomplished remodeler and took great pains in specifying the work to be done, so we would have the best possible results. He was on the job several times each day checking the progress and giving instructions to the installers. The work crews were professional, courteous and came prepared to work dawn to dusk cleaning up the grounds each day. Future Image did the right job from start to finish. I gladly recommend them to my family and friends, and will call them to do our next project.

Mario and his crew were beyond amazing! They showed up when the promised on time always. Neat as ever, very conscious of cleanliness which I appreciated. Very professional and friendly. I highly reccomend them and we plan on using then to redo our basement when we are ready.

Mario took my old kitchen down to the studs and remodeled it to absolute perfection! Not only was every detail exactly what I had envisioned, the workmanship was flawless! I’ve been using Mario for almost 4 years now and at this point I don’t even call anyone else for an estimate because I know I can absolutely trust him and his price is always reasonable.
