Future Image Designs recently replaced the roof, siding and windows on my home. I could not be happier with the results. Mario and his crew arrived on time everyday and their attention to detail was outstanding. Mario was extremely responsive and addressed all of my concerns and was very helpful throughout the project. it was overall a great experience. I will definitely call them again for my next project. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Mario is professional, honest, and stands for his word. Every morning he was with his crew in my house and some days also came again in the afternoon to check that everything was going well. I got three estimates and Future Image gave me the best price. Future Image was recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend Future Image. The entire roof and underlay was removed and 3/4 inch plywood was used. The other companies said I didn't need 3/4 inch plywood, but that's what I wanted and Future Image put it down at no extra cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Future Image Designs and have.

I recently got my siding and roofing done by Future Image Design. From beginning to end the process was very smooth, they were punctual and very professional. Dealing with Mario was a pleasure, such a gentleman, i strongly recommend them!

After a long process of getting estimates from numerous contractors, we chose Future Image Designs to completely redo the entire outside of our house with new high-quality siding and gutters, and we couldn't be happier! I first need to mention that Mario, the owner, is the most hands-on contractor we ever met. There is no middleman, it's just Mario and his workers. If there are any issues or questions you have regarding the project, he's the guy you speak to. I also need to mention that during the renovation we came along some issues, such as improper flashing on our skylights, that were not part of our original proposal and contract. Once these issues were discovered, Mario and his workers addresses them, without any additional charges. These are the types of things you don't get from many contractors and is also why we will be using Future Image Designs for more projects in the future. Our project lasted for six days and included a complete residing of the house, the removal and installation of some new air conditioners, and also to replace any water-damaged lumber and plywood that might be rotted on the outside of the house. Raphael, Alex, and George, who were the workers here, were true professionals. They did an amazing job of making our house look brand new. They kept the entire property very clean during the renovation and also made sure to take pictures and notify us whenever they encountered a problem. After removing the siding on the back of the house, we discovered that numerous pieces of plywood and a big portion of one of our sill plates were completely rotted from water that came from a patio that was incorrectly installed. The pieces of lumber from that part of the house were removed, inspected, and replaced with all new material to ensure that water will no longer be a issue for our house. Once the renovation was complete, all of our windows, doors, and air conditioners were caulked, then brand new high-quality gutters and downspouts were installed on the entire house. We are very, very happy with how everything turned out. Even a few days later, when I noticed some minor things, such as missing screws on my cable and telephone lines outside, Mario came back the next day to address it for us. He really does whatever you want to make the customer happy. We want to thank the entire team at Future Image Designs for making our project turn out better than we ever expected! We look forward to using Mario again when we start our next renovation!

He was very professional and does really want you to be happy with the end result. His crew is "Very" hard working and talented. The first two days of work it was over 90 degrees and these guys work hard! We discussed several modifications / add-on's which he happily did as the work was going on. The end result exceeded my overall expectations. You always hope it will look good, ect and it actually came out better then I thought it would. Other reviews mentioned how clean they left the place, it is actually SO True. Everyday they left the place very clean and at the end, it was cleaner then when they started. In the next few years I probably will do my roof and will definitely use Mario. Overall Mario made it a very pleasant experience. He delivered exactly what he said he would and went the extra mile to make sure it came out perfect. He said it would take 4 days and it did. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends without any hesitation.

As a homeowner for forty years, I have not had a better experience. I had numerous estimates and Mario was the lowest. Mario had me visit some of the houses he had completed or was working on to check his work. His attention to detail was amazing. You tell him once and he never forgets. The workers were incredible. Punctual, hard working and very cooperative. Everyday , they made sure all was clean and no debris was left. They were more than willing to help in any way. This company was recommended by two of my co-workers and I know why. Mario also made a number of great suggestions some of which I would never have thought of to ask. It was truly a pleasurable experience to find a company and owner who cared so much about his work.

Future Image Designs, was referred to me by a friend, whom I must thank. They were one of several companies that were interviewed. Mario took his time to review the work that was needed, and clearly explained the work that he would be done. This included repairing, roofing and siding the garage, and residing the house. He and his people worked quickly, and cleaned up every day. They did a great job, very professional, at a reasonable price.

I interviewed a number of companies and glad that I went with Future Image Designs. I've waited almost a year before giving a review so I could see how the work would hold up. Absolutely no complaints - no leaks - still looks like it was just done. We've been through some really heavy rain and wind storms with no problems. Mario is absolutely great to work with and his crew was equally professional and worked relentlessly to complete the job on time. Everything was cleaned up all around the house when the job was finished. I have other types of work that I will need to have done in the future and they will definitely be one of the companies I will consider.

This was the second time we reached out to Mario. He completed full siding replacement about 10 years ago and we reached out to him for the services already described. He and the men that work for him were prompt, professional and the workmanship was exceptional. Now that the place is back to it's old self (even better!). We putting a second list together, to bring Future Image Design back for more work. I can't say enough about the incredibly great job that was done and so quickly. I dealt with several contractors for my home renovations before and the experience was not quite happy. So when I began to search for siding works, I was afraid the bad experience would repeat because you never knew what the real face of people working on a job will turn out . But Mario changes that experience into a positive note. I chose Mario mainly because of the positive reviews here. I am glad most of the positive reviews reflected what Mario's jobs represented. In terms of job quality, employee productivity and courtesy, project time-frame, I have to say I am very satisfied. Dealing with Mario was a wonderful experience as he is always checking on the jobs and asking if you have any concerns or questions. You can't ask more from a contractor like Mario.

Mario gave us an estimate of $2,300 which included replacing the skylight and resealing the roof around the skylight. He then came back to us and said there was another problem on the roof he would need to fix and the cost would be another $1,400. He proceeded to add some more roof tiles and change the direction of the water runoff. After my husband complained about the price he bought it down to 1200 for the extra work still a 50% increase above the original estimate. His answer was "Would you rather to didn't tell you and you might still have a leak from the skylight?" My answer was no I was glad you told us but I didn't expect it to call fifty percent more than the original estimate. Why didn't he put this in the estimate to begin wih?

Mario and his crew were extremely courteous and very punctual. Scaffolding was installed very neatly and the work area was always clean. The work performed was beautiful. The products used were current and exceptional quality. My house looks amazing. The work was performed in a timely fashion. I would hire them again.
