Joe made it very easy to do business with. He kept me informed as to how the process was going. On our first conversation he explained of what he could do for me. He picked up and returned the units at my convenience. I can now say I have a go to tech for my computer needs that I will not hesitate to call on again to service my computers. Honest, knowledgeable and reliable!

Darmtech has always been wonderful! Mr. Darmiento is very pleasant to deal with, courteous and very knowledgeable! Whether it is consulting me on the best computer/equipment/accessories, etc. to fit my needs, or troubleshooting software or hardware issues, he is professional and knows what he is talking about!

These guys are great. I sent them a PM on Face book, i was called within minutes and an appointment was made for the very next day. They came and pick up my computer and said it would take a few days, but they actually got it back to me before a few days. Very professional, honest and cares about your needs. He understood that i was expecting return emails from job search and he did an amazing job getting my computer back to me as quickly as possible. i would totally recommend (and i have already) this company to my friends and family.

I would recommend Darmtech to anyone with computer needs. He was prompt in picking up my computer from my home. He called me when he found the problem and explained to me what he was going to do to fix it. He was very informative, not to mention, reasonable and very reliable . Overall I would give his service a 5 star rating, and will use him again in the future for all my computer needs.
