They arrived on time and did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves. The workers where very professional and the owner was easy to work with. Also, the price was reasonable.

They arrived when scheduled and completed all the work efficiently.

Everything went really well. Entire property was irrigated in one day. Hard working and professional crew.

Technician bypassed the Rain Sensor during the process of turning on my sprinkler system this spring and neglected to put it back on. When i discovered that the sensor wasn't working The owner decided that Precision was to charge an additional service charge for returning to correct the issue. Is was within a week of the initial turn on. I now use a competing service to service my irrigation needs.

Staff was great on the phone when scheduling an appointment and the person who performed the work was very pleasant and accommodating with the extra work I requested.

They didn't respond after 2 attempts. Went to elsewhere with no issues.

Let me preface by stating I have zero ties to Precision Lawn Irrigation Inc. I'm basing my referral on the work that was done from start to finish at my house. My Lawn irrigation system was 35 years old. I had issues with the old system and it needed to be replaced. My neighbor had his lawn sprinkler system replaced by Precision Lawn Irrigation inc. In Port Jefferson. He referred Precision to me. He raved about Precision. He told me he got Precision from Angies list. I subsequently joined Angies List. Precision Lawn Irrigation in Port Jefferson is a 5 star organization and they definitely exceeded my expectations. What impressed me is they have the right equipment to install the tubing in the ground etc. etc They know what their doing. When they were done they left my yard in pristine shape. The initial the meeting with John M. who came to my house and we discussed what needed to be done. John was definitely not a pushy salesperson. He was great to work with. John came up with suggestions I didn't think of. When I called the office I spoke with Rachel who was absolutely wonderful. Prior to the installation Precision marked out my property so they didn't cut my in ground Cablevision wire and my in ground electrical wires attached to the lights at the end of my driveway. Finally, Santos and his great crew of men installing the entire lawn sprinkler system were very professional. It was amazing watching masters of their craft during the installation. Did most of the work on 4/4/2016 a rainy and cold day. Finished on 4/5/2016 a very cold day. The crew was very professional and cleaned up when completed. I would recommend Precision to any one.

The whole experience was great right from the initial phone call and them going out of the way to get me scheduled quickly. They were on time and performed all repairs professionally. I was very happy and would gladly use them again.

They came out to diagnosis the problem and made a repair. They did an excellent job with the service, and they were very punctual. I have used them again since and will be using them again.

Warren showed up when promised to give me an estimate for just the front yard at first. After confirming we would schedule the install, I asked him to come back to give me an estimate on part of the back yard as well. We felt the estimate was fair and contracted for the entire system. He and his workers showed up on time on the appointed day and they worked all day installing the system. They were professional, polite and finished everything they promised. They cleaned everything up very well. The foreman carefully explained the system, and had me go through the steps to program it so I would learn it better. Overall, I recommend them very highly!

the job took an extra day to finish because we have a lot of roots around the flower bed. His guys worked hard, and know what they do, definitely will use them again.

He came soon after he was called and replaced a defective zone valve.

Walter arrived with his crew within the designated window of time. This was a great start to our morning, since frankly, we are tired of companies just blowing us off. Walter first introduced us to his foreman and then spent an hour or so flagging different areas around our house where sprinkler heads would be installed. During this process, we were surprised to learn an extra zone towards the back of our fairly large property wasn't identified for installation. While Walter didn't think it was worth extra dollars to cover an area where plants didn't require much water (and had thus not been included in our estimate as we quickly learned), we weren't as sure, since we wanted a sprinkler system that would cover our entire property. Walter, sensing our concern, accommodated us by agreeing to lay down extra pipes that could be used to install more sprinkler heads in the future at no extra cost. Installation took about 6-7 hours total. The team started out by plowing the ground and simultaneously laying down pipes. While some of our old pipes and sprinkler heads were plowed out and thrown away during this process, we did notice the crew didn't actively identify all of our old pipes and heads for disposal. Once the group finished installing our new sprinkler heads, we went around to every head to make sure each was spouting water in the right direction and to the appropriate areas. The foreman then showed us how to use the sprinkler control system and patiently answered all our questions. All in all, we had a fairly positive experience with Precision Lawn Irrigation and would definitely consider using them again.

Walter and crew did an excellent job. I've use three different irrigation companies over the years, and by far Precision was the best. Considerable work was required after large portions of the lawn were dug up for a formal garden. Precision was highly recommended by the landscape architect that did the the garden for us. Key points... the sprinkler head layout was well thought out with plenty of overlap. ( I've had other companies come in and randomly throw down flags where they placed the heads. ) Proper sized pop-ups were used in the garden area. There was plenty of overlap in the zones. The existing manifold was neatly moved to new location. All work was done neatly, and cleanly.

They were very very good. They came when they said they would, and they were on time. Very good price. The other company I was using wanted to charge me $100.00, so Precision's price was very good.
