LIARDI LANDSCAPING INC

Started off with poor communication. He accepted my request for an estimate, provided one within one week. Several weeks went by before they got back to me with a date they were coming. They cited volume as their reason but assured me they would get to me. Their work was good. Communication overall was their downfall. Completely unacceptable. They billed me for multiple dates they never came and serviced me. They were impossible to reach to discuss the issue. Despite multiple times of being advised to cease coming they came and billed anyway. Case in point - I advised via voicemail and via phone not to come until I work through grass-burnout issues I'm having. They come after the voicemail and 2 days after speaking with them on the phone. In the aforementioned call in speaking with them I advise I am considering moving to bi-weekly to let the grass grow out longer, but not to come until we figure out the grass situation... Despite that, they come 2 more times within the next 6 days. I would not use them for their incapability to properly invoice, communicate or follow customer direction.

Just wanted to express how utterly frustrated and disappointed I am with Liardi Landscaping. I first spoke to them in the beginning of April and they came right to my house gave me an estimate for a cleanup and then weekly Maintenance. Said he would start the next week. Two weeks go by and and then this is where it start getting unprofessional and frustrating. I call and the guy says " I know exactly what house it is its the last house on the right etc etc I will call you and give you a day we will start" Two days go by and I again Called the main number, the only number they have for the business and speak to someone who says they don't have any info in front of them , the job doesnt sound familiar to them, but he will call the office or something and call me back in five minutes. This doesn't happen so I call him again that evening and he says he will call me in the morning. He doesn't call me back again. I call in two days get what sounds like the same guy but tells me I must have been dealing with his brother he apologized and said he would get back to me. This happens TWO more times and finally he admits he found the papers apologized and said he will be there ON Sunday. Sunday comes and goes and they don't show up. At this point I should have maybe looked for a new company but it was about a months since I first spoke to them and my grass looks horrible now and didn't want to start all over with estimate. He says I will probably give you cleanup for free I feel horrible I will def do it next week because its been raining. ANOTHER five days go by my lawn looks horrendous now so I call up angry again and he says will be there Sunday 5/20. "If my guys want to work" Guess what? They didn't come. It feels like they don't actually want any business and they are actively trying to ignore me. I've been more patient then anyone else would have been and gave them tons and tons of chances and over a month and come to my house and do what they do. I would definitely not recommend anyone trying to get an estimate from this company if you already don't use them.

We probably won't use them next year. Their service is reliable and the quality was acceptable. My concern was that they sent me a bill for four months of activity, they didn't bill me monthly, they billed me for four months of activity that I received in the fall. We really didn't have a lot of interaction with them. They were a little hard on the planting beds when they trimmed. They were timely and did the basic job of mowing the lawn.

I use them all the time. I will use them again this year. They are wonderful and they do a good job. The guys who come here do an excellent job and if there is something I do not care for or if something I need them to do extra or whatever they are right there. He has very nice people working for him. They do not always come when they are supposed to because of weather. They will be coming out probably in the spring to do a clean up of my yard. They do a great job and I cannot say enough about them.

The cleanup in the spring was excellent. My property never looked so good. The weekly maintain was great also.

VERY NICE PROFESSIONAL AND THE PEOPLE ARE RIGHT THERE WHEN YOU CALL THEM. VERY RESPECTFUL YOUNG GENTLEMEN SOMETIMES I EVEN CALL THEM OVER TO HAVE LUNCH WITH ME. HE IS A VERY SWEET, KIND, CARING AND YOUNG GENTLEMEN.
