After contacting John, he arrived that afternoon for the estimate. He provided good insight and a list of materials that we should secure. He checked with us weekly as to our progress on obtaining the specific materials we wanted. Once everything was onsite, he arrived promptly the next day at 7 am, just like he promised. He and his helper were neat, fast and provided quality work. They placed drop cloths from the front yard all the way to the upstairs bathroom. They are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, friendly and extremely competent. The work was done on-time and the entire rip-out and rebuild of the bathroom took only three days. It looks great. John delivers old time craftsmanship with measuring twice and cutting once. Instead of a pre-packaged niiche in the shower wall, John custom built a niche to our request. It looks awesome. I am well pleased with their work, their demeanor and their personality. I would hire them again. Thanks to John and James.

First one to respond, cheapest price, by far. Had two bathrooms done. In the first bathroom he moved the plumbing from the right side to the left, which was a blessing in disguise, cuz thats the only way the rain shower head was gonna fit. Second bathroom he was able to get rid of an akward step that if you were taller than 5 8 you had to bend down to see in the mirror. Really dont have anything to complain about, great job, great guy, would recommend him to anyone i know!

I hired J R B & Son, Inc to install tiles in my basement. John provided an excellent customer service. He finished his job in one day and half. He was very quick and efficient. The tiles in my basement looks so beautiful. In addition, he helped us pick up our titles from the store with no additional cost. It was very nice of him. He never asked any deposit at front. He was the only one who provided us that option. He said pay at the end if you are happy with my job. We were very happy with his job because he did an excellent job and finished on time. We recently bought a new home. The bathroom was severely dated and had a mish mosh of style between a modern vanity, dated tile, and an attempt at ship lap. We received an estimate from a different company for $30,000 and three weeks worth of work for a remodel of a 5x7 bathroom. We were convinced this was the norm and almost hired that company. We eventually never heard back from them and took same as a sign so went on Home Advisor and found John. We called John for an estimate. Not only was John incredibly responsive, he was very knowledgable and open and honest about the project and what he could do for us. His cost was SIGNIFICANTLY less than the prior company and the project was done in 4 DAYS!! He even discovered the source of a non bathroom related leak and repaired it. We always felt comfortable having John and his assistant in our home. They did an excellent job bringing our vision together. They replaced the plumbing, electric, and expanded our window. It was basically a complete gut job down to the studs. John prides himself on tile work and IT SHOWS! They did an amazing job and we cannot wait to show off our new bathroom!!! Our bathroom came out fabulous. Not only was the workmanship excellent but John showed up on time each day and it was amazing how much he got done in such a short time. He ripped out the floor, new sheet rock on the walls, tiled and installed new toilet, pedestal sink and light fixture. Our bathroom is now a show piece and we couldn't be happier.

Im extremely happy with the beautiful job John , JRB did! We did a complete remodel of 1 bathroom and the tile and layout is stunning! Our 2nd bathroom the tile work and design also equally beautiful! We were so happy with the work we had the entire living space tiled also!
