I posted a negative review but am changing it to favorable. They addressed my issue and the final product is now excellent. They seemed great. Responded to my inquiry very quickly. Estimate done very quickly as well. I scheduled the work and was told they would be there 2-4. They showed up at 5:15. The two workers were arguing with each other. They installed the mirror and I paid them. My wife looked at it later and noticed an issue. The mirror was a replacement and they glued it on the medicine cabinet to low. The mirror hangs below the door bottom and the top is below the cabinet door. Maybe 1/8 of an inch and you can see glue. Called right away and left a message. I waited a full day for a return call which didn't come. I called and spoke to the woman who takes calls and schedules appt. She was extremely professional when I was placing my order but her attitude was different when I called. She said, no problem. We will send them back when they are in the area. That was 3 weeks ago. I called her and she said that they haven't been in my area. There shop is not that far from my house. I told her I understood why they wanted to come when in the area but I'm tired of waiting. They are not that far from my house. It's not like they have to drive an hour to get to me. She assured me that she hadn't forgot about me. Well I am still waiting!!!!

Excellent personality

The original appintment had to be rescheduled and there was a delay in completing the project. Once the work was started they did a good job.

I was locked out of my house, instead of calling a locksmith, I broke the glass. The guy called within 5 minutes, and showed up same day, but took 2 weeks to order the glass since it wasn't a standard window. He did a great job, and everything was cleaned up the right way!!

On time excellent workmanship

The repairman came today , and on time!! Replaced the glass in my dining room window , cleaned up and offered to put the furniture back in place!! The window looks great , Thank you Home Advisor!! Carol , Amityville , N.Y.

Quicker service.

Once the guys were here everything was great. they did a great job. What I wasn"t happy about was the scheduling. I was promised one date, than it was changed. I was also promised a certain time period, then that was changed. So the actual job, great. Scheduling not so much.

Chris is a very nice guy , who really loves what he does, and seems to know what he's doing. I did not have window replaced he fixed my hinge. A man came before him from Island Glass that said I needed a new window, I knew he did not want to do the job. Then Chris came from Glassland, thank goodness, such a gentlemen.
