When I called for information, I was pleasantly surprised. I was given an estimate over the phone as to why my project would cost. I made the appointment and the serviceman was on time and very professional. He did a great job and was extremely mindful of my animals. He cleaned up the area and my mirror is beautiful again!

I hired the company to install a glass shower tub door and it was not completed, He took a deposit and kept it and asked his employee to leave the premise and the glass shower door was never taken out of the van and the reason being is the employee told me that the glass door would not fit this tub and shower.

They came when they said, very professional. While working they were very careful of the surrounding areas. Cleaned up the work area perfectly. It was a job well done.

After installation of shower door found it leaked because the bottom sweep was cut incorrectly. After 3 months of trying to get them to fix the problem gave up and hired another, more reputable company who replaced the shower door with one that does not leak. If you must deal with Glassland pay by credit card for protection from a sleazy, ethically challenged company.

I highly recommend them. I was able to receive measurement and quote right away. The work was done quickly. I have had the shower door for over a month and am very happy with the job. It looks great.

Hired Glassland to fix a broken window. Paid the deposit more than two weeks prior to the scheduled repair date. They cancelled on the day of scheduled repair date with zero explanation. I called them to let them know I had taken the day off and arranged my day to accommodate the repair to be done. The man who I spoke to could absolutely care less about about my time and sarcastically offered to pay me salary for my day off. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and pompous. He said have a good day and hung up the phone when I wanted to cancel and get my deposit back. Fortunately was able to get my credit card company to intervene. In addition, I am getting another local company to do it for about 40% cheaper. Stay clear of this company!

DO NOT USE. This company is horrible. They were quick and friendly (and of course took my money immediately)... I had originally told them I needed the job done quickly, Chris, the owner said that it could be done in a week, but they never called and even let me know it had arrived. Then they were completely unaccommodating with the installation. After rearranging my schedule and taking a day off of work, we agreed on a day for the install. THEN day of, they cancelled and claimed they had to postpone for ANOTHER week. They were extremely rude and difficult to work with.

They were great. Installed shower doors and custom mirror approximately 2 weeks after they were ordered. They came out beautiful. The wrong color trim was accidentally ordered and they came back as soon as the new ones arrived and swapped them out. Would recommend and use again. Adding to my favorites.
