They were fast to respond to our request. House was broken into and the sliding doors had to be boraded the night before a major snow storm. They were very neat and tidy. Just waitng for the new glass to arrive and have them finish the job.

They called me back right away and repaired my window that day. I did not even need to be home. He did a beautiful job on the window. You would never even know it was repaired. I would highly recommend them again and plan to work with them again in the future.

set appointment for a 1 hour window they called to say they will be a little late. ( only 15 min.) In and out of site with explanation and promise of call-back with estimate 15 minutes. got estimate by end of day, satisfactory price , waiting on ordered parts. To be continued.......

Both Chris and Mike were prompt and courteous. They did exactly what was asked and I was very pleased. When my 10 window screens were returned, Mike put them all in for me. I was impressed with their professionalism and they were just very nice and likable. The service was excellent and the prices were more than competitve. I would recommend them to anyone!

Courteous, friendly, prompt service. They returned phone calls, answered phones calls (believe it or not so many businesses do not), showed up when they were supposed to and did job correctly. The price quoted was the price they charged. Great Customer Service! I would definately recommend to anyone that needed a house window repaired or replaced.
