They called quickly and made an appointment that they were on time for. They checked my problem and showed me how a previous replacement was done improperly. I was given a fair quote and they returned with the correct glass, on the day and at the time they said that they would. The install was done timely and neatly.

Maryanna the receptionist was polite and professional. Chris the owner was also very polite and professional and did a great job on our screens. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding customer service from both sales and installation team. Price was competitive and the results are outstanding. The mirror turned our newly updated dining room into the star of our home. Would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Excellent service and price

Chris from Glassland came to give us an estimate on replacing a large double pane window. He was very nice and helpful, explaining to us why the window had fogged. He also explained that there was a possibility that when they pulled the window out they might have to do some sill work if the sill had dropped. He gave us an estimate totaling $760.38. We sent him a deposit for 50%. When Chris's workers came to install the window they said they couldn't do it. I then received a new estimate for $2009.56. When I told Chris we didn't have it in our budget, he refused to return out deposit because it was a custom ordered window

My appointment was for 11:30am, no one showed up till 3pm or so. I did not receive a call from the office or service personnel, I had to call them to find out what was taking so long. I was also told by the owner that he would send me a sample of a more rugged screening as I had given him what was in my basement. I never received the sample and the screen I had given had some flaws which were not discussed with me before the job was done. I did save money using my own screening, but the weave of that screening was off in a few places. I might try them again. The serviceman was very professional and polite

The only professional to offer a quote with sound advice through experiences Did not push me in any direction and allowed me to ask questions. Very informative from the start and one of the few start to finish great experiences I have had on remodle projects and we are on our 4th house. Right down to the installer Charlie who was a great guy and explained the steps he took and why. He even cleaned up any packaging and mess and took it with him!
