Glassland of Mount Sinai

I hired them to replace fogged glass for three widows and hardware for a fourth. Work was to be done in two weeks or less but took four. While installing glass in rear room window, mechanism was broken and it now falls out of the frame when tilted in for cleaning. I was told that this window would be repaired when hardware for fourth window came in. I paid for the job. After two weeks I called and told them to forget about the fourth window and just fix the window they broke. They have ignored my request. I contacted another company to repair the widow. Project done was great. Contractor very knowledgable. Price was very reasonable. Only problem was the cleanup. Large shards of glass left in garbage can. Anyone throwing at garbage at night could have been seriously injured.

Did the job right the `1st time. During the huricane the work was still done correctly and on time.

Glassland called me up to tell me my window was ready for pick up. When I arrived I paid the balance. When I went to put my son in the car one of the workers tried to put the window in my car (so I would not see it) and when I went to look it over, the outside trim was cracked. The worker told me he broke it putting the trim back on after replacing the window. He also told me that he wanted to make it right and would make an appointment to come by my house and repair what he broke free of charge. I recieved a call a week latter telling me it was going to be over $80 to fix. I would never recomend this company to anyone. Going to fill with BBB

This is the only company willing to send a technician to fix one window. The man who came was very pleasant and fixed my broken window.
