Although you see good reviews under this provider, it appears that they only exist if the job went without a hitch. If anything goes wrong with the job they will not stand by their work. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER UNLESS YOU CAN GUARANTEE THAT THE JOB WILL GO SMOOTH OTHERWISE HE WILL WALK AWAY! I had them come over to give me an estimate to replace a skylight hatch which had never leaked but had become discolored over time and I felt it was time to replace. They gave me a quote which I accepted to replace my operable skylight hatch. when they came to install the hatch, when installed would not open. So in order to make it work the installer said he had to add wood to the opening. He left and went to Home Depot and purchased about 10ft of 1"x1" pine which he proceeded to nail into the original copper flashed box of the original skylight installation. By elevating the opening the hatch which was incorrect from the beginning now would open. Not being able to climb due to heart issues I was unaware at the time that he had nailed the untreated pine wood into the sealed box with finishing nails. Although it worked it was not reflashed or sealed and therefore warped over time, since the wood used was exposed to the elements unknown to me. As a result the warping caused the skylight to become inoperable and leak. I called them and asked them to come out and inspect it and they did and provided me with an estimate for $250 to repair it. When I asked what that would include, I was told that they would replace the wood ( which would only warp and leak again). I was also told that I needed to get a roofer. I stated that they quoted me a turnkey job to replace my skylight hatch and never said I needed a roofer. I contacted my roofer and they told me that the job was incorrectly done. At this point I contacted Home advisor, who has done what they could to act as a mediator with Glassland, Inc but they would not even give me the courtesy to discuss this with me. All I wanted was to get it fixed before the rain and snow did severe damage to my ceilings and walls in my bedroom. I was not looking for anything but a resolution to the incorrect installation and a proper sealing of the skylight. I called everyday for 2 weeks and told by the secretary that she would take a message. Even with the help of Home advisor they would not budge. To protect my property, I had to have a completely new skylight installed which amazingly only cost slightly more than the so called repair cost me. I have never encountered in all my years of dealing with contractors and service providers anyone who would not even attempt to rectify a wrong or discuss what needs to be done . This is the most unprofessional conduct I've ever seen. So unless you are sure that your job is a slam dunk -- STAY AWAY!!!

Installed DreamLine SHEN-2034340-4 Prim-X Frameless Hinged Shower Enclosure. Installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Staff are professional and courteous. They called back the same day to set up an appointment. The window installer did a clean and neat job. I would recommend them.

Ordered a new window three weeks ago. No delivery date in sight. I hosted the holidays with a boarded up window and now am dealing with frigid temperatures minus a window. I wouldn't use them again.

I would use them again and highly recommend them. Chris was very professional. The follow up staff was courteous and thoughtful. The gentleman who installed the replacement glass was very good at his job and extremely clean. A terrific company.

Their customer service was horrible. They made a mistake and billed my credit card twice. No matter how much proof I showed them, they refused to refund my money and stopped answering my calls. I had to get the credit card company involved. Twice they submitted incorrect dicumentation to the credit card company. Thank God the credit card company was thorough and aggressive in their investigation and uncovered that they had submitted incorrect bills and that I was in fact double billed. This matter took months to resolve.They never apologized and one of the mirrors cracked 5 months installation

We had a broken casement window. The Glassland guys came out to measure and then to install the replacement window. They came on time in each case and solved our problem nicely.

Employees are nice. He came over for an estimate and I gave him a deposit which he happily cashed. The employees came to do the work and said that they don't have the proper tools (fine, no problem). Owner comes back with a revised estimate (way higher) which I couldn't afford so I asked for a refund. Needless to say, almost two months later, 8 calls to his office and a certified letter, I still don't have my refund. He won't even return my calls. Now I need to waste my time and money to get it back. Stay Away!

Chuck and Louis did an amazing job transforming my basement to a gym. The job was high quality with great service and value. Couldn't ask for more. Tom

We had Glassland install a new sliding screen door to replace a ripped out screen door. Communication was great and they were even able to come by for accurate measurements and install while I was at work. The screen door works great now and it's been almost a year since we've had it replaced. I would definitely hire them again if needed.
