Effortless transaction!

We had a retractable screen door that needed repair. Wanted the screen repaired, and an aluminum push bar installed in front of it. I was told it was possible, and quoted a price. They came and fixed the door today while I was out. When I came home, I found the screen fixed, but the push bar was not installed. I called to inquire why, and was told that the technician said it wasn't possible. The woman I spoke to was very nice, but I was a little disappointed when I found that this did not effect the price, and that my card had already been charged before speaking to me. The work was completed quickly, and well. I just felt that maybe the price quoted, that included the installation of the aluminum push bar, would've been a little less since it hadn't been done. Otherwise, I am happy with the work.

No call no show, kept my husband and i waiting, we when called they didn't seem to care we asked then if they could take some money off the price for the inconvenience, again said no...centereach... While we need no more work done people we know did not recommending this company..... Overall the job was done well....

The owner came to give me an estimate the same day I called. I thought the price was very reasonable so he took all my screens to be rescreened at that time . They were finished in a week, but when the installer came to put my screens back in, almost half of them had small slits in them and had to be taken back to be rescreened again. That was a week ago today, and I'm hoping for a call any day now that the rest of my screens are ready.

Too much in a hurry. Thus, missed putty on 1/4 of a window. Did not fully clean a window after repairing the glass frame.
