Elia's Cleaning Service

The provider came and looked at the house, and sent me an estimate for a deep clean and cleaning every two weeks, and once a month. I said let's start with the deep clean, and then we will do once a month. I had my neighbor check on Monday 2/19 because we were away. He said the downstairs was clean. I came home on Wednesday 2/21. The kitchen and entryway looked clean. I went up to my bedroom and into the bathroom. The dresser in the bathroom and jewelry boxes were covered in dust. There was hair and dust all around the base of the toilet. There was dirt on the floor, and the shower faucet was not clean. I sent pictures to Ellia's cleaning, and spoke with Glen. He offered to come back. I said I needed to think about it. I then went to the second bathroom and saw the same rushed job. I examined downstairs and found that the kitchen cabinets had not been cleaned well, as the cabinets on the other side of the island were not clean. I decided I did not want them back in my house. I have three children and two dogs, and did not want to have them leave the house, just to have the same poor job done again. I suggested he refund me $100.

I had Elia & her crew clean my house today following a long construction project. They were super detail oriented & professional. They did a fabulous job & I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning.

Elia’s Cleaning Service is thorough and reliable. They bring their own equipment and fresh supplies. No dirty rags from previous house. They are also friendly and pleasant to deal with. Because there are three of them working together, the job gets done quickly. They even like dogs!

Elia's Cleaning Service did a great job! My husband and I are moving into an apartment, but the people who lived there before left it dirty and a mess. I found Elia's Cleaning on Angi's and called. I spoke with Glenn to schedule a deep cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen. These two rooms were the worst and since I am in my 70's, I cannot clean like I used to. Glenn was very informative as to their pricing and procedures. He was able to get it scheduled as soon as possible since we need to move in the next week. *Carina and her crew were very professional* and asked if we needed anything else done. Again, we are very pleased with the work and will definitely use Elia's Cleaning for all our household cleaning.

It went great. Elia's service is used by my daughter and she's always so happy with them. We are here for half the year and the condo really needed a deep clean after being closed up. They arrived on time and the two ladies got right to work. I couldn't believe how clean the place was when they were done and especially how good it smelled! I wish I had thought to ask what they used in the bathroom that made it smell like a freshly cleaned hotel bathroom but it was wonderful. I don't think I have ever cleaned some of the surfaces they cleaned, like all the baseboards. They washed all the windows, screens, blinds, vaccummed everywhere, dusted, mopped, polished--even cleaned the oven and the fridge. I wish I could have them here every week! Highly recommended!

Elia is very thorough and takes her cleaning work very seriously. The bathrooms look like new. Everything she touched is sparkling. All the dust and cobwebs gone.

Three level home was cleaned spotless. Dust from construction seemed to be everywhere and ELIA's Cleaning cleaned it all. Scheduling & follow-up communication were excellent. We are very pleased.
