+ -1 moreLocked myself out of car and Chris had help on the way in minutes. A real lifesaver. I could not have asked for more. My insurance company suggested several other locksmiths but I have been here for decades and knew to trust Brookhaven Locksmiths and they proved me right.

+ -1 moreI went to the business, waited for someone to acknowledge my existence while I stood at the counter. There were no other customers waiting on line. The two men at the counter proceeded to answer phones and ignore me. I spoke up and was told to "wait my turn". I said that I had waited while they answered phone calls and no one else was at the counter. The owner began to scream at me. I have never been treated like this and was appalled that he would speak to a potential customer in this manner. I would not let this man near my family or property.
Description of Work: I went to this provider to have a car photo taken for insurance purposes. I was subjected to verbal abuse by the business owner. This is a man who bullies and abuses females. I would not endorse or utilize a business that engages in this type of behavior.

+ -1 moreWE HAD A POWER SURGE THAT HAS CAUSED A PROBLEM WITH OUR ALARM SYSTEM. I THINK THE TECHNICIANS ARE VERY GOOD AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I DO THINK THAT THEIR SERVICE CALL CHARGES ARE WAY OVER PRICED.
