Description of Work: I used Doug from Phoenix Sealcoat for the 2nd time and am even more satisfied with the sealcoat than last time. My driveway looks fantastic..he really has a good product that seems thicker than other companies use..he also repaired a small dent in my driveway...very satisfied and highly recommend!

Description of Work: I dont remember the exact date of service, but it was definitely within the last couple of years. Finding a good sealcoat company is soooo difficult. I have used so many different companies and they were one disappointment after another. I found Phoenix Sealcoat and decided to give them a try. The owner is a character for sure and I did see the other poor rating on here. Yes, he puts a sign up (but, duh! he's advertising and most companies do the same thing! and yes, he uses your garbage pail to protect his work from being ruined...big deal!) I liked the brushed coating very much..it had a thicker appearance to it than the sprayed on type. This coating lasted a pretty long time..We got the Deluxe Slurry Service. We even had some cracks filled...was it perfect? No. But, asphalt driveways are a pain in the butt to begin with because they don't really stand the test of time anyway! I am planning to have this vendor back again to do another coating. I didnt think it was all that bad in comparison to other companies out there and I do recommend them.

 + -1 moreThe driveway has some sealer on it but I would never recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: Was supposed to fill all cracks, patch all depressions and broken edge of driveway. He did not fill all depressions and was rude when he came back. Some depressions are still not done. Large crack across drive has reopened. When he came back Oct 7 to seal over patched he took a brand new garbage can without asking cover and all and used it to block the driveway. He also placed a sign on my property. He did not ask permission to do either. The garbage can was hit by a car and destroyed. I have orange cones for that purpose. I called him and he was fresh, rude and cursed at me. He was even rude to my neighbor who asked him for an estimate. He asked for cash. I think he wants to hide his income. Do not use him. He will not correct any issues you have.

 + -1 moreThey were rained out the day of appointment, but showed up a few days later (I hadn't given them my phone number), did the job, and left a stamped, self-addressed envelope for a check. Nice.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. THE WORK COMPLETED WAS OF GOOD QUALITY. THE WORKERS WORKED QUICKLY AND THEY WERE COURTEOUS. THE NEW PAVEMENT WAS PERFECT, IT MADE MY DRIVEWAY LOOK BRAND NEW.
Description of Work: PAVED OVER THE OLD DRIVEWAY.
